We had our pool replastered in September and they were very helpful in giving me a script to follow for sweeping, chemicals, etc. in the first critical several weeks. Rhonda is very knowledgeable and confident in her advice and assistance. She convinced me to switch to liquid chlorine, which I now know is 100 percent the right thing to do. I have been living in a rented house in Eagle Point for 4 1/2 years. With all the grandkids and friends swimming the pool gets a workout. Not helpful! This company was suppose to be servicing our pool... ended up replaced all equipment and we had a serious crack in pool.. Water pros "didn't notice"???? Ended up costing over $23,000. Really. Asked for a pool sweep and after changing every piece of equipment they never suggested anything. Ended up buying on online and tuning it myself. Won't even buy chemicals from them. Yes was in 2019 so maybe it has changed. read more

I have been using water pros for six years, today was the last day. iPhone them in October and told them I wanted to reduce my service to one day a month. The gentleman I talk to got my name and address any information they needed and I thought that was it. Later on that month they showed up a second time. I've then called and left a message on their answering machine because no one answered the phone and told them I wanted to reduce their service to once a month so that would've been for November. Yesterday December 17 the boys showed up again for the second time in December. I went out and told the boys that I had tried for two months to reduce the service towards the month. The driver said that it has not been changed on his schedule and they left without servicing my pool. Today the lady at waterproof call me about the service with an attitude and sarcasm. After about one or two minutes of our conversation I told her I did not want them to service my pool at all anymore. In my opinion she needs to take some lessons on customer relations. I don't like talking to rude business owners that are nasty over the phone. So starting tomorrow I'll be looking for a new pool service in the Central Point area. read more

stay away from these rip off people. bought a pool heater in 2024, was installed wrong. went to speak with them and they told me that is the way they do it. not level or secured to the "platform" concrete blocks only. Never bothjered to come out and inspect, just that's the way is. i had their pool service prior to the heater incident, that was good. UNTIL the overcharged me for the monthly service. asked for an accounting of the billing, nothing. i paid the bill. then they called and said the could not get in through the gate. they have had the code for 2 years, i didn't change it their guys were going to skip the service. when the owner called she asked if wanted to continiue service, yes. guys were doing their service, she called back and told me she called her guys and told them to just leave. she said they would no longer service my pool. i really don't know how they are still in buisness read more

Water Pro's have been so helpful my first three years of pool ownership. I bring a jug of pool water in for testing and they set me up with the right chemicals for success. Rhonda is the small, sassy dynamo behind the counter and is amazing. She figures out the problem with a few questions, grabs product off the shelf at lighting speed and sends you off with a plan. Scott and the other field techs have been terrific helping me to get filters clean and my pool open for the season. The costs for product and service are reasonable. They provided exceptional work and great customer service. We bought a house with a pool this summer. I figured out how to maintain it, but wanted a professional out to winterize it. The guy who showed up was very polite and helpful. He took the time to walk me through my equipment set up, what needed to be done throughout the winter and spring to maintain the pool, and how to do assorted care long term (replacing sand in sand filter, changing out parts and equipment,etc.) he cleaned the pool, winterize it, provided me a detailed bill of what he did and explained why it was important, and was quick to get it all done. He was also very polite and understanding; I had 2 other companies show up late and early while he was there! He was patient while I got the other 2 back on track. I'll definitely use this company again. read more

At first Rhonda seemed very knowledgeable and helpful with a bit of a attitude tho... (I seriously think she is VERY burned out) As time went on we kept buying more product and following her instructions and in testing our water for our new in ground pool it was constantly needing something new and more chemicals etc so finally after hundreds of dollars we had it tested at 3 other places to find out what the concensus was from multiple places. Overall, this year we opened up our pool for the season and we now have to drain it 3/4 down due to the instruction that we were told to do. Long story short, we did exactly as we were told and it was a fail! We go somewhere else now and they are way nicer no ATTITUDE and accurate information.
