The mechanic couldn't or didn't fix the issue. I went to exchange the car and they wanted to put me in a car that had a knocking engine. So, I kept the original car had it fixed on my own out my pocket and eventually paid the car off. The office staff was extremely rude when I was having this issue absolutely no help at all they basically could care less. They do not care at all about their customers because once you pay the down payment and get sucked in you're stuck and they know it.

I bought a car from them and after a year I told them something was terribly wrong ... so I had…read morethem look at it not once but twice, They had the car over 3 weeks, I got it back one week only to have to bring it back a second time, I got the car back after the second time only to have it doing the same thing and this time was the final draw the engine started knocking only for me to have them tow it to there repair shop to finally say the engine blew... so how does a engine blow after your mechanic looked at this car 2 seperate times before it messed up this 3rd time NOW there is a problem the last two times before this last episode you said it just needed regular maintenance... which you fixed only for the 3rd time BAM ohhh ... its not that its the engine now try to charge me 5k for a engine knowing I need a car and I have to go threw with it.... I brought this car back because I couldnt afford the hassle and bad management of the car on there end making me responsible for repairs that shouldnt have been done if they found the problem the first time.. now trying to stick me with the 5k still even tho I brought the car back in good condition with there new engine they claimed they put in ... 5 k for a 2013 sonata engine... really!!?!??!?

Not professional at all I wanted to speak over the phone and he refused and said that he works this amount of time a day and doesn't have time to speak with someone who has the same questions over and over!!.Last words were he didn't have time for this shit!!And then blocked me on social media!!
