Bad mistake! Took almost 2 hours to get my car back. I asked the lady at the register if she would check to see how much longer. She acted as if I was asking her run across town. She could've cared less that I had been waiting that long. If you think that was all think again. I watched the guy doing the service pick up a book and look through it. He didn't even know how to change the oil. Made me feel really cozy that my car was being serviced correctly. My advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO THIS COMPANY! Took our truck in to have a head gasket repaired. Took 4…read moremonths and 3 failed attempts but still they claimed it was done properly. Picked the truck up because the mechanic, Shane, said he did everything he could and it still wasn't running correctly and we Ended up paying $14,000 and we were left stranded because the truck broke down within 400 miles. Go figure! It blew a 4th set of head gaskets! They have said they will pay for repairs but it's been over a month since it broke down again, and they still haven't paid for their mistakes. Took it to a new shop and we were told the engine doesn't even have the right bolts in it. Clearly this shop knows they messed up big time but even tho they say they will back their warranty and pay for it to be fixed, it's all lies and they don't keep their word. BEWARE of this company. Nothing but lies and really bad work. This was a Welding truck and it's been 5 months of lost wages because of really bad work. I attached pictures of the motor when the truck was considered "done". Looks like we went to the junk yard and got a derby motor!

I would not recommend Rock Springs Tire. We had 3 lug nuts come off after getting the tires…read morereplaced. Two were found at my families house in Ringgold and by the time I arrived at Ider, Alabama I had lost a third lug nut. I messaged them on facebook because they were closed and they were at first willing to make things right until they found out we were an hour away. I told them I was in Ider and they would send a technician and they said to send an address and we will come or we will be here at the shop at 6 am. They then responded asking what is make and model of the car. I then asked what time they were coming with no response. I asked if they were coming and again they did not respond. My husband and I called at 6 am when they said they would be open and he then proceeded to blame it on someone else and refused to make things right. He did not have the decency to inform us that it was too far or even offer to meet half way. He even stated that someone had to tamper with the lug nuts that there is no way I could have driven that far. He then proceeded to tell me to come to the shop and he will loosen my lug nuts and see how far we would make it down the interstate. He is right, only by the grace of God that me and my twin boys were able to drive as far without a life threatening catastrophe occurring! He was extremely rude, course and unwilling to even consider human error. My Husband drove in from South Carolina to help and my father had to run to toyota to buy special lug nuts. All for cheap tires and service that comes with a threat!

The last straw!! We have had problems in the past with seeds from the Lafayette co op not coming…read moreup...as if they are old, but, this past spring we bought a bag of Ambrosia corn, as we have for the past several years. As this grew, we began to suspect that something was different because is was growing much bigger than it ever has. Today, I started to harvest it. It is NOT ambrosia. It is some kind of white field corn. Not even edible. It is hard, just like a field corn. I'm furious. Gardening is hard work and was meant to feed my family. We have been members of the co op for years, but I will now order all my seeds for a company that stands behinds there products. I'm tired of dealing with the co op.

Called asking about a part. After they gave me an outrageously high price I simply said "Thank you…read moreif I decide I'll let you know" before getting off the phone the lady told me that they did price match and specifically said parts from Amazon. I confirmed with her 2 or 3 times that they did price match Amazon prices and she confirmed every time I asked. I said okay I will be down there to get it since you price match and to hold the part for me. 15 minutes later I walked in and they would not price match it.

Hit a huge pothole in Walker County and knocked my front passenger tire off the rim (can you say…read morethey need to do some major road work)! Had a friend bring me a spare but the lug wrench was too small for my lug-nuts. Hopped in their car and Yelp helped me find the nearest parts store (remember I'm not from here). Walked into the store and the staff were all friendly, didn't degrade me for being a woman (as many guys tend to do when it comes to auto work). They matched my wheels and helped me find the correct 4way lug wrench. Told me good luck and that if it didn't fit to bring it back and they'd gladly replace it.
