Next time I used the chartplotter was the next season and upon hooking it back up it didn't work, so I called them back explaining how sloppy the installation was and that now it didn't work and that I had noticed some wiring looked bad. They sent someone over to fix it but they blamed me for the problem and charged me full price even though they were fixing their own chowderhead's mistakes.

My SUV was hit in a parking lot, damaging the front passenger side headlight along with some scratches on the door and one dent by the passenger door handle on the exterior. It took over 30 days to get the car back. When it was returned to me the driver side door interior trim was all but hanging off and the passenger side exterior rear door handle fell off. I let them know and they had me bring the car back. The door handle is fine now however, the interior passenger trim is still loose and not put back together properly. Plus they raped my insurance company for close to 7k. This is the worst auto body shop I have ever brought a car to. I do not recommend them at all.

I received a same-day response from Elevation Boat Lift Services LLC, and Scott set an appointment for Friday that very week. The following day, I sent a photo of the two motors, and Elevation sent me an estimate. Scott came on Friday at the appointed time. He checked the cables, pulls, motors, gem box, etc. Scott was knowledgeable, personal and friendly. The following Monday Scott installed the motors and gem box. The bill was very reasonable, about $200 better than the other two other estimates. I highly recommend Elevation Boat Lift Service and would use them again. Gary

The house battery was ruptured , shorted out and it burnt up my 80 amp breaker. Luckily I am good at marine electrical so I was able to replace the breaker and at the same time I replaced all of the old batteries.There is no Twin Vee dealer in the Sandusky / Huron Ohio area so I had to pay for it all. I asked Ryco Marine for some financial help with at least the breaker and the batteries. I was informed that I paid less than they paid Twin Vee for the boat so they could not help me out. She was very understanding and apologetic about the situation and assured me she would take care of the issue. True to her word, the very next day Dave, the installer who originally did the work, came to my home and repaired all of the problem areas, including the loose screens and the spline that had come out. Dave did an excellent job, just as he did during the original installation. While I was frustrated with the difficulty I had initially getting a response, I do want it noted that once Kay became involved, the company responded quickly and the problems were resolved professionally. I appreciate Kay for taking the time to listen and make things right, and I thank Dave for the quality work and for coming out promptly to fix everything.
