I wanted to thank Francisco and acknowledge a job very well done. But that's just the beginning. I was looking for installation of gutters at my home in Orange County. I contacted a few different companies off yelp but Francisco not only responded quickly, he set an appointment for the very next day. Francisco was not only on time, he and his brother spent a great deal of time taking measurements to give me a proper bid and install. Unlike other gutter companies, Francisco who owns his own business, was able to give me a bid right on the spot which I accepted. After agreeing upon on a start date, Francisco and crew arrived EARLY. Instead of just watching his crew work from the sidelines, Francisco got right in and made sure everything was correct and worked right alongside his crew, into the night. Francisco's price was reasonable, he was extremely responsive throughout this process, and I believe did very good work. Francisco and his team are the epitome of top-level service. I called him on Friday morning looking for a quote on new gutter installation for my entire home and by that afternoon he was at my house walking me through the entire process. From the start he was extremely communicative and transparent about the costs, process, and answered any and all questions I had with a smile on his face. At first, I thought it could be a little too good to be true... a great quote with a overly nice contractor, would the end result be subpar gutter installation? Nothing could be further from the truth. I originally called to see about getting the rain gutters cleaned for the office. Francisco came out, assessed the situation and advised the rain gutters we have were not the right fit for the type of roof we have. This made perfect sense because we've had constant issues over the years with leaks in the ceiling and having to repair and replace tiles, etc. when it would rain. The placement of our original rain gutters was also very odd. The water poured right onto the entryway of our back door. Francisco suggested a new rain gutter that would reroute the excess water. He was very thorough with his explanation and even text me various pictures of the type of gutter we had versus the type of rain gutter we needed.
