Eric was very responsive from the get go. He was thorough in explaining the process and what was needed to complete the job...and then some! Eric's communication was awesome from the first time I reached out. He was professional, friendly, and professional. He let me know the morning of when he was on his way and progress getting here (his commute was 90 minutes away). I got a quote for material and he offered to call and get a better price and then I called in to pay for it. What a kind gesture! He and his crew were timely and efficient. Eric explained the process and showed us what he was going to do. When he ran out of material, he got more and when he charged us for the material and trip, he didn't price gouge. He showed us the receipt for the additional materials and that is what we paid. We couldn't be more happy with job and Eric's professionalism. Darrell assured me he had expertise in both areas. His response to my initial call was quick and johnny on the spot. He arrived on time and walked the property with me and guesstimated the expenses. The adjustments he made in pricing were reasonable considering I added multiple jobs. I requested Darrell to send me an official quote via email. A few extra hundred dollars above the original onsite estimate b/c he underestimated the job. No problem, I acknowledge, and explained I would let him know in a couple of days whether or not to hire PeachTwins Landscaping. That's when things started to go downhill. I received multiple phone calls and text messages asking if I had made a decision yet. I explained " Darrell, I sent you a message via email letting you know I would l make a decision in a couple of days." Darrell continued again to call and text me many many times, even after explaining I would let him know. He called me the very next day, and after I didn't respond, he texted me inquiring if I had made a decision yer. By now he was becoming very annoying. Finally, I told him I would not be hiring his company. Darrell, via text message, suddenly became very unprofessional and rude" Darrell's professionalism went straight out the window. Later I found several reviews confirming his rudeness, lack of communication, and shoddy workmanship. One review acknowledges that he "demanded all the money before completing the job". All I can say is, I dodged a nightmare. I can only imagine what a horrible experience I would have had to endure working with Darrell Thrasher and his company, Peachtwins Landscaping, LLC. I strongly encourage people to do their homework by checking reviews. Research reviews by individual's name and the company's name. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this guy and company. Lastly, be leery of multiple reviews that paint such glowing professionalism that is very short. This usually indicates someone is undermining the notion of authentic reviews.

JK Concrete & Paving came out and demoed both the garage and driveway on day one along with doing all the form work.
