I honestly felt like I was dealing with a slick used car salesman. The person that called me was named David. Without coming out to look at our deck I felt that he was trying to get me to allow them to tear down our current deck and rebuild a new one. If needed that would've been great but our current deck only needed sanding and painting. The foundation is very sturdy as we have had an inspector and several other companies come out and look at it. It does not need to be torn down so that this company can make more money by building a whole new entire deck. Quite frankly I was very insulted by this tactic and abruptly ended the call. The sells tactics employed by David was a total turnoff. They've lost my trust so working with them is a "no" go! My feeling is that if you have extra money to throw away and put into someone else's pocket this is the company to use. Out of all of the quotes that we have had he's was the only one that said we needed to tear down the deck and build anew Without even coming out to look at it.

I called and called for nearly two weeks, but all I was getting was no return calls, or worse still, a no show for an appointment. When I called Jose, not only did he answer the phone, but he followed up with a return call and we set an appointment for the next day.
