While I usually always make an actual purchase from the store, this was my only intent today was to use the machine. To my knowledge, while I dont know her name, she is the only female employee at this store so it can be known which employee im talking about. I went in and used the machine, walked back out, and all of a sudden the employee comes following me out of the and asks me if i had stuffed cigars in my pockets while i was in there. I said no. She asked me to empty my pockets, which i did. I emptied my hoodie and all of my pants pockets. She was enraged because she realized she had just made a wrongful accusation, and then states "I will just check my cameras" and storms back in the store. Very unprofessional. This has been my regular tobacco store since they opened and I come in and shop atleast 3 times a week or more. I have never been accused of stealing from anywhere or asked to empty my pockets from a store in my entire life. She deserves to lose her job over this and I fully intend to pursue just that. I hate to leave a 1 star because the owner of this store is such a good guy, but he needs to take care of this. This was a very distasteful situation.

Needless to say the cigar was very dry and ruined. I went to the store today and asked if they would refund the purchase and the lady behind the counter said they aren't supposed to do that. I then asked if the bad product could be exchanged and she said no and I would have to talk to the boss. I asked where the boss was and the response was i don't know. I asked if we can call the boss and they either couldn't or wouldn't make the call. My final comment was that if we cannot find a solution, then I would have to go on social and write about the experience. The response I received from the associate working was a complete dismissal and a head shake. Sorry, but that was a terrible response to a customer. To summarize, this store sells bad products, will not exchange or refund, and their solution was to offer 10% off another purchase. Yes please, I would love to buy another dried out nasty cigar. DO NOT BUY CIGARS FROM THIS PLACE!!! I would love to have management respond to this post, but it looks like no one responds or cares about the customer service here. Very unfortunate. However, if management does respond and possibly offer a solution I would love to update my review.

It was a Saturday when I swung through, so all of the tourists from the Blue Ridge Parkway were stopping by for their tourist shopping fix. I also had a homemade brownie which had the perfect amount of sweetness and walnut ratio to it. I wanted to try the Possum Pie but just get the nerve up to ask what was in it. I mean it couldn't have been real possum could it? They do have limited outside tables. There is a large dirt parking lot that holds plenty of cars. The one issue I have with this market is that the it is outdoor and the produce ripens quickly in the heat. Sometimes you have to hunt and pick through the selection to get fruit and vegetables that are not on the cusp of being overripe. I am only one person, so I cannot possible eat a whole melon in one day and need it to last a while. The owner is nice and all the employees are helpful. I do find the produce a bit expensive, but I really like the vibe of this local market and like to support them.

Right inside the door is their whole furniture section, they have tons of tables, chairs, dressers , etc. they even have a whole section of office specific furniture. The prices are very reasonable. This would be a furniture flippers paradise. Towards the back they have shelves of everything from pillows to whole sets of dishes, sports equipment and the most medical mobility equipment I've ever seen anywhere. I'd say, if you are in need of a walker, a bath seat or portable toilet for someone look here because they probably have it at a fraction of the cost it would be to purchase new or rent. The clothing is grouped all together but they aren't keeping it organized as well as it needs to be. All different sizes were mixed in together and I quickly got frustrated and gave up. Both of us had found an item in the kitchen area we wanted so we headed to check out. The workers were very friendly as well. I'll definitely be checking out Trosa regularly in the future. Trosa supports substance abuse treatment. If you want to donate to them, they offer pick up for larger items or you can bring your items to their donation drop off around the back of the store. Just follow the signs.

This is a bit of a misnomer, because although they have some pipes and tobacco, I didn't see any…read morebeer. This seems to me primarily a cigar store, and it's a good one. The humidor is well stocked with many lines from a few brands, rather than stocking a few lines from a bunch of brands. I like this approach. They have an extensive selection of Fuentes and Padrons, and feature Drew Estate in a smaller humidor in the main room. If I had more time I would have enjoyed having them walk me through some of the brands I did not recognize. I was also impressed by the low pressure sales strategy. I went in looking for a butane insert for my Zippo lighter and the guy (regret not getting his name) said they didn't carry them because they could not compete with Amazon pricing. He then walked me through their selection of butane lighters, from $8 disposables up to $100 Xicars (we didn't look at the Duponts b/c not in my price range). I ended up buying a $60 Xicar and can of butane and left very happy. It's not the biggest store, but what they carry is smartly curated. There are seats and ashtrays on the front porch of the house for smoking, and I think you can also smoke inside as I spied a lounge in the back. I n addition to the name, the location is a bit unusual, across the street from a park in a residential neighborhood a couple of blocks off of Stratford Road. So, it is not at all hard to get to, but it's no place you would just drive by and stop at on the spur of the moment.
