Brought it to Tractor Supply and asked Ron to help and the guy would not give up on this task until he got that bit out of the drill and then made sure my drill still worked! Thank you Ron.

I went on-line to U-Haul's website to order boxes because I know their prices are fair and that they'll buy back any boxes you don't use (and you always need more boxes than you think). The website is helpful, and I decided to just trust them and purchase the "1-2 Bedroom Apartment" package which, with MA taxes, ended up just under $200. I indicated I would pick the package up (it's a lot of boxes and other materials) at 1 PM. When I arrived at 1 PM, they had not seen, and therefore not started, the order, and the attendant's eyes grew wide (literally), and he asked, "you ordered all of this?" Yes, yes, I had. He was polite, efficient, and worked diligently to get all the components to the door. It took more than a few minutes, and the store had a bit of a line but he focused exclusively on my order. When it was ready, another gentleman helped me load the materials into the car, and he was also polite and efficient, and he apologized for the delay. So, the two-star rating is because: 1. When you order on-line and select a pick-up time, the expectation is that the order will be ready at that time, not that it will be started at that time. This was like ordering a pizza for pick-up at 1 PM and having the restaurant start making the pizza at 1 PM. 2. They were polite, efficient, and worked diligently to get it done once they realized what needed to be done.

U-Haul completely screwed up my U-Box order. After a good initial experience, they failed to ship…read moremy U-Boxes as contracted to do. They have now moved my delivery date back 9 days. They shipped 1 of 3 U-Boxes late and to date have still not shipped the other 2. I have called multiple times to try to ensure things were on track because the app showed the boxes weren't moving. Each time I was told everything was on track. But on Thursday they finally admitted to having screwed up. They are horrible to work with. I would strongly urge no one to use U-Haul U-Boxes for shipping. They apparently use third parties to ship and they blew my order completely. Not currently sure if I will ever get my belongings. Or if they will honor the latest late delivery. Don't trust them. Go elsewhere!!

The mechanic looked at it and didn't think this was the problem, he suggested to look at the sprocket bushings, a common failure item. Turned out it was the bushings ($6 part). Saved me the expense of the differential part ($160 part). Good to know that they are not looking to sell you expensive parts that are not the problem. Trust in repair service is rare these days.

I had reserved the truck in advance. I go to the counter, and the guy tells me he doesn't have a 12 foot truck, only a 16 foot truck. I know they reserve the right to give you a bigger truck, but I wasn't excited about driving the 4 extra feet for the next 600 miles. But, I cannot hold that against them. However, I had reserved 12 moving blankets also. The guy behind the counter says that he only works on Sundays, and that usually they just put the blankets over there (points to the corner of the room), but there are none there. So, I just took them off your order. Seriously!?!?! This guy was too lazy to go find the moving blankets. It's Sunday, the morning of the move, and now I am without moving blankets. Inexcusable. In fact, when I told this to the guy 600 miles away at the drop off location, he was shocked. So shocked he said he was going to report it, because it just wasn't right. As far as the truck, it was really nice. Only 14,000 miles on it, practically brand new. Drove pretty easily all things considered. Would I do business with Penske again, absolutely. But I would avoid this particular location like the plague (at least on Sundays).

I rotate through a ton of skincare, body care, hair care, dental, fragrance, and other personal care products depending on my needs. Before, they were mostly sectioned-off piles. Wal (pronounced Val) sorted everything by category, placed less-used products and back stock in the back, and kept the things I reach for most in the front. The team also bought clear bins that fit the space, including sliding bins I can easily pull out and taller bins for shampoos, conditioners, and other bottles. This was especially helpful with the wire shelving in my rental. Now everything is grouped together, visible, and easy to access. I can also refine the system over time as I use it and getting ready flows now. Wal and I collaborated on what I wanted to keep and how I needed the space to function. The team also organized under my sink, where I prefer to keep only cleaning products, foot care, and toilet paper. That preference was respected. Rose's team worked with my budget, and Wal has become my ace for projects like this . I already have more spaces I'm excited to hire the team for.
