This is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Spencer the owner is the nicest person I have met , we had a pipe burst an water went everywhere, he was working in the office and he jumped in a work van and came straight out and fixed it, then went all around our house and checked everything fixed some things that were fixing things he said would probably bust the next freeze, he came back the next morning and rechecked everything again. Extreme price gouging!!!! During a hard freeze this past winter my pipes froze and burst. My relative recommended this company so I called for assistance. They came the next day and repaired the damaged pipes and replaced two sub meters. The plumber they sent had never seen sub meters. He said I'd need to call JEA about them. I explained that they were mine and that I'd had them installed years prior. He had no clue where to get them. He went back to his truck after looking over the situation and I came back inside and called a plumbing supply company five minutes from my home that stated they carried them. I went out to his truck and told him where he could get the sub meters and he was sitting there clipping his nails! After a while he left and got the necessary supplies for the job and came back and made the necessary repairs. According the the owner of the company the sub meters cost $237.00 each totaling $474.00 there was four feet of PVC pipe replaced and the charge for the repair was $2,186.91. The repair took a total of three house counting the time the repair person sat in my driveway clipping his nails and doing whatever else he was doing but surely was not working on my repair. He didn't even wrap the piped with insulation after he replaced the broken pipes and meters. He told me I'd need to do that! Their hourly fee for this job works out to approximately $550.00 per hour! In my opinion that's price gouging. I spoke with Spencer, the owner of the company who told me they don't work "buy the hour" they price by the job and reminded me of overhead costs etc. He said he'd look over the paperwork for the job and see what he could do. After numerous attempts to contact him he finally offered me a $200.00 refund and said he'd mail it to me. After countless attempts to get the refund I finally drove to their "office" and in person I requested they write me a check. I waited about twenty minutes and got the $200.00 refund. We had a small emergency with our irrigation incoming line where a renter neighbor backed into our line and destroyed it. Called Superior and Dalton first cut off the water which was not easy and then repaired the line. Great people fast service and great job. My son & daughter-in-law from out of town decided to have my 2 toilets repaired for me since I had to cancel another order due to my a/c going out last summer. They called this company to take care of everything. Spencer repaired the master toilet & Dakota arrived to help him repair the hall toilet, as it was in much worse condition. They decided that it was unrepairable & would have to be replaced the following day. As I had an appt on that day, Superior Plumbing sent Joe on the day after my appt. He was such a hard worker, as were the first 2 guys, but Joe had to carry the old toilet out by himself, then bring the new toilet in by himself. I know they were super heavy! After he was finished, he asked me to check it. Unfortunately, I forgot to check the sides & I told him it looked good. Right after he left, I tried the sides & it was not anchored well. I just missed his truck taking off. Since I only had Spencer's number, I called & left a voice mail on his phone. Joe came back immediately & drilled some more anchors, which took care of the problem.
