My son was quite sick, missed two days of school, got sent home the third day, so we needed a…read moredoctor's note and to make sure he didn't have anything requiring a diagnosis and medicine, so we ran to Glynn Immediate Care. The doctor was.....not kind. But that's not his job and it was obvious he shares my view on that. My son's throat and nose were swabbed and tested. After a few minutes we noticed that we could no longer hear the doctor going room to room. After 30 minutes it was obvious he went to lunch. Everyone deserves a lunch break, but we were locked in a room for 45 minutes. The doctor finally walked in, said everything is negative, and released us. If you can't see patients during a certain time for lunch, that's totally fine. Don't see patients during lunch. Close the office, lots of offices do that. Or tell us. And maybe do a better job of hiding your attitude, and set a better example for your staff.

Office experience was a nightmare!! My husband was hospitalized and Dr. Mark Watkins, saw him…read moreduring his Hospital stay and then was recommended to follow up with Dr. Watkins within a couple weeks from discharge. We did our due diligence and set up an appointment for today, August 18. Now mind you, my husband works full time. Therefore he had to jump through hoops to get this appointment approved from his management. The office had the audacity to reschedule his appointment for the next day, that it would be tomorrow 8/19 and left him a voicemail regarding it. My husband immediately called the office back and let them know that that would be impossible as he made arrangements for the Monday 8/18 appointment. Needless to say the office was not accommodating nor helpful. Totally disregarded the fact that my husband's time and work schedule is as important as Dr. Watkins time & schedule They did not offer for me to speak with the office manager or Dr. Watkins to try to work this out. Who I asked to speak with Dr. Watkins, of course he was not available. Bottom line is we ended up canceling the appointment and are very unsure if we're going to go to this practices due to the horrible experience we have had and really it has put a bad taste in our mouths. So, so far, I would not recommend going to this practice. We'll see if I'll post and update, if there's even an update to be provided.
