The Dr. Told my wife she had a cold but he had checked our ears and we both had fluid build up. He said to take over the counter meds and gave nothing for the fluid in the ears. Two days later my wife is still coughing and called the clinic back to request something for the cough and fluid build up. The nurse was unprofessional about the situation. We didn't get any meds till the following day due to the clinic taking 3 hours to call us back and the pharmacy was closed. Overall this clinic is unacceptable and needs better social skills and medical decision making for prescribing medication for I'll patients.
