And the doctor and nurse we saw were everything you would want in a health care practitioner: patient, compassionate and competent! The irrigated my Mother's ears and had us back on our way in no time flat! Last week, I visited them because I had a bite on my shin that was not healing properly. It started off as a small 'bite' with a small red halo. But over the course of two weeks - small halo and widened, considerably, n size and had turned an alarming shade of red. I was all prepared for the same level of customer service - only to discover that they don't accept my insurance (sad face) - but they let me know that they could see me as long as I was fine with paying the self-pay rate. The self-pay rate was a little steep for me, so they were even sweet enough to call Glynco Immediate Care to find out if they took my insurance - and they do - so that's where I went. I was so blown away by this level of customer service! I highly recommend this facility and if I ever get better insurance - I'll be back. Lol.

The Dr. Told my wife she had a cold but he had checked our ears and we both had fluid build up. He said to take over the counter meds and gave nothing for the fluid in the ears. Two days later my wife is still coughing and called the clinic back to request something for the cough and fluid build up. The nurse was unprofessional about the situation. We didn't get any meds till the following day due to the clinic taking 3 hours to call us back and the pharmacy was closed. Overall this clinic is unacceptable and needs better social skills and medical decision making for prescribing medication for I'll patients.

They did a test and didn't get a reading or they just couldn't help me so they were sending me to ER. Seriously! I would gone there but I'm not paying ER payment for a test prob will charge me an arm and a leg. So I left with nothing resolved. The worst experience. They need to go back to school or something. Need more experience Doctors. This place suck!!! They should at least return my money or left there with a scrip that would help. Lucky I give them a one not by choice. Don't waist your money!

We live by a large trauma hospital and have never received such fast, effective and amazing standard of care as we have here. No serious complaints regarding actual medical care but nearly impossible to deal with billing staff.
