I have been seeing Dr Brown for almost 2 years and I have to say is that he cares about his patients a lot. He will make sure if you need a change in meds that he asks have you tried this type of medication and if so what was the issue for the change. He may look young but with his great upbeat and caring ways he should be running the show. Always 10/10 ratings even in regards to phone calls too. read more

I have been a patient here for many years with Dr. Peden as my PCP. Anytime I have an issue, they resolve it quickly. SouthEast Health has the easiest healthcare service and app I have ever used. I can either call or message in the app about a health issue and I will receive a response by the end of the business day. I love my care here and wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I cut my hand on a table saw and figured I would just run to Enterprise because it was closer. Biggest mistake of my life! They literally put me in an old broom closet, next to the bathroom. Then they wheeled a bedside table in with the suture package. I had to hold the flashlight on my phone so the doctor could sew up my hand. The staff was great but come on people, get real. I didn't even have a handle on the inside of the door, so I had to sit there with everyone staring at me as they went by. Never again! read more

EMC has the best staff! I see Dr Reynolds, and his nurse practitioners Carrie Holloway, and Valerie Cobb. The nurse Frances, and the phone nurse Nancy are always so friendly and helpful. I have to take pain meds because of a back condition. They never make me feel like a drug addict or make me feel bad for asking for help. They truly care about me and my situation! Love this place! Highly recommend!! read more

I had the most upsetting and disrespectful visit ever while getting my yearly female exam today. When I arrived everything went as expected. I got sent to the waiting area after checking in and was called back to a room within a reasonable amount of time. Once in the room the nurse did her part, then a CRNP came in and did her part. I am accustom to the gown and a sheet being on the exam table when you first walk into the room. This was not the case here. When the CRNP left, the original nurse had to come back in to give me a gown. She then left. I undressed and put the disposable paper gown on as directed but when I looked around I found no sheet in which to cover myself with. The room was also cold so I placed my hoodie over my legs as I waited for the nurse to return. When she came in she asked me to scoot down and into position so she would get the CRNP. This would have left me totally exposed. I asked her if sheets were no longer provided. She told me she would see what she could find. All she handed me when she finished digging through the exam table was another SMALLER disposable paper gown. This was my first visit here as I am locating a physician and I promise you it will be my last. read more
