He also said no one really want to do a good paint job anymore because it's labor intensive. I called around and they had a great price for alignment for my small wheels - only $69…read more I came in and they did it then asked if I wanted the "steering wheel reset" for an additional $85 after discount, and they said it would help a lot with driving. Not knowing any better, I agreed and paid for it all. Totaling to $154. I come to find out later that the steering wheel reset is supposed to be a step in the alignment process and the steering wheel reset doesn't actually affect if the car pulls to the left or right. Basically I got taken advantage of as someone who didn't know any better. Not coming back.

Came a few months ago for a minor hit to my front passenger bumper and fender. Bumper was attached crooked the first two times as well as issues with the fender as if it was done in a rush and the third time, bumper had bubbled paint which they said would only take 30min to fix and ended up being there close to two hours and ended up being extremely late to work. They eventually get the job done but what should've taken 1-2 weeks took almost a month plus some. The upside to it was that it looked extremely nice once they had done it properly it just took awhile.
