To hold a licence…read morewith TDLR for VSF it's a requirement to release vehicles from 8:00am-midnight Monday-Saturday with a 1hr notice if you are not 24hr. They are charging customers more days and fees by not allowing to pick up after 6pm. They are also charging a 6% fee for credit card payments which law says max is 4%. Disputing these issues led to very rude text from the company and saying my threats weren't going to change anything to go ahead and file a complaint they didn't care what TDLR says they weren't changing. So Becareful and review your information. TDLR has been notified along with other government agencies.
