His local business states it opens 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Ok so keep that in mind as I continue. I was involved in a rollover accident on July 22, 2022 at 430p, in which a truck ran me off the seawall 1 mile from my home as I was headed to work. My car flipped up down and sideways, WHY you might ask, (Tony never did) because a truck ran me off the hwy/seawall!!! Yep... it's a 10 foot drop off; my car is totaled and, it's only 2 years old. It was a VERY scary accident, I watched my car tumble/flip all around. I landed and an off duty policemen stopped and rendered aid along with a lot of beach goers. They pulled my out of my car and started checking me. A lady called my employer for me. GPD, GFD, and the ambulance were all there quickly. The person(s) driving stopped. When I got home from the ER; I was still in shock, very tired, sore...and, had to call GPD to find out who had my car; it was Tony Bros wrecker At 1130p, I called him and he didn't sound happy that I did, even though it states he's open 24/7. He was very loud when he spoke, he TOLD me very demanding that he had my car so I asked him if I could come get my belongings Saturday? He started telling me that his office wasn't open on Saturdays but he would make an appointment with me. Ok. Good. But then, he got so overly aggressive and annoyed when I couldn't understand him. He LOUDLY TOLD me what he needed from me: registration, TDL and insurance and that he wanted it emailed to him. I asked for his email but he was talking so loudly and non stop that I couldn't clearly understand him, so I asked him a 2nd time. He dismissively said, "I'll spell it out for you mam" and he did it so fast and abrupt Now, granted I wasn't the sharpiest tool in the box, I just flipped over a few times from 10 feet! He sounded bothered and was so inpatient I almost cried. I sent him the documents within 30 minutes. Fast forward to today, Saturday July 23, 2022. My insurance company 3-wayed a call to him at 930a, he answered and the ins rep spoke. He started TELLING the Rep the same thing he told me last night. I spoke up and announced myself to ask him if he checked his email because I had sent him everything he requested; he said no and continued to TELL us both again what he needed. I told him to check his email and to stop yelling DAMN. Well, that pissed him off and he went off. He started repeating his instructions again and the ins Rep kept saying, sir... sir. He didn't acknowledge, continued talking and hung up. This man could care LESS. Rep called him again. He said, he got my email and asked for another email with all the same info but giving my permission for ins co to pick up my car. He said if I was there 5 minutes late he would not be there. We got there on time. He didn't introduce himself, he had nothing to say to me. So, I broke the ice and said, I'm sorry we have not been on the same page. He said, mam let's just get this over with, and slammed my own documents down on the desk and TOLD me to sign all of them. I said wow you don't have any compassion or empathy for someone that could have lost their life yesterday; he said... "LIFE GOES ON" I said, sir it wasn't my fault, a truck ran me off the seawall He said "lady grow up, I've been in business for 80 years and you didn't "choose" my business anyway." NEVER. EVER. will I ever have ANYTHING positive to say about this owner. Never. Heartless soul. Thankfully, my sweet dad was with me and Tony was all sweet like sugar to him. This was so they could charge for three days of storage and a second tow fee to move the vehicle to the dealership. Almost $700 for a service that involved moving the vehicle about seven blocks. Driver was rude demanding a rush job because he had a "lot to do". They gave me a time to meet them at the dealership and were 3 hours late. Would not recommend this business at all.

AAAA defied my understanding of horrible. My car was unjustly towed (for context, I am also going to ensure that end of the situation is taken care of). However, when I went to pick it off the lot, one of their employees yelled at me and maintained a very aggressive tone while I simply tried to ask questions about their rules & regulations, so I could make sure I could obtain my vehicle without getting jilted AGAIN. The same employee proceeded to rush me off the lot very rudely, and while I tried to back out of their janky lot (with exposed metal 1inch from my car and overgrown plants underneath, let alone the gate was half blocked by his truck, which made it even more difficult to back out) his RANDOM friend was circling around on a motorbike honking at me. I pulled into the street, and my accelerator was shaking, and it sounded like plastic was under the car. I parked and it stopped after I resumed driving however, if it returns, I know who to blame. My car was recently inspected. If they respond to this review in defense, I'll preface that my boyfriend was not nice on the phone with the manager (who controls the dispatch employees) however, I apologized for his behavior on the phone AND in text AND in person to the dispatch folks that I met with. However, every person in the chain of command still treated ME like crap, despite the fact that I tried to start every conversation on a civil level and apologized for my boyfriends rude behavior (which was emotionally charged due to their UTTER lack of help given the unfairness of my situation. I also didn't feel as if they were transparent about the contracts and the rules of doing business with them at any point. There's no website. None of their names are online. There's no phone number for the owner. The manager would not connect me with the owner. When I tried to ask any questions about the legalities of my situation (or at least just read the the fine print in which is employer forces them to operate under), the rude dispatch guy pointed to the prices, which are jankily displayed on a poster on the fence. I had to get my car from them, I had no other option. But then there was no fine print to review before giving them my money. He also said I was getting a "discount" and I should be happy with it however, if I'm getting a discount, I would like to know exactly what for what and why I'm getting that discount BEFORE I make the purchase. Instead he raised his voice (basically during the whole interaction I'll be honest), had a condescending tone, and don't forget his friend was essentially trying to chase me off a lot with his motorcycle. Every person I talk to evaded every question I asked. The problem originated with the people who hired this company, however, future business owners - just note that this company is horrible for working events and dealing with human beings in a kind way. I withheld the names of the people I spoke today to preserve their jobs, which, apparently, the dispatch worker said he loves so much, but if my car is damaged further, I will consider legal action.

Since I was a passenger in the vehicle behind him, I started snapping photos of the wrecker driver who had no care in the world about the safety of everyone around him. His face was buried in his phone. I took photos of his actions, plates and Texas license number. Then he noticed while we were passing him that I was snapping pictures of him and the truck. That's where the wrecker driver became aggressive riding our bumper and telling get us to "Pull over!" Then he proceeded to pull up beside us on my passenger side. I told him "We were not pulling over, Turing him in and he needed to get off his cell phone!" Then I called the company. The man that answered the phone couldn't have cared less. He didn't ask for plate numbers, pics, nothing and said he would "handle it" in the most unconvincing tone as if I was bothering him. You would think a wrecker driver who sees casualties, horrible wrecks, etc... would know to stay off his cell phone while driving. Very dangerous, inconsiderate and rude company.

OK I'm blonde--and last weekend I proved it by accidentally closing my trunk just as my keys fell into it! I'm in G-town, animals are locked in Jamaica Beach house, phone is dead & spare keys are in Houston. No way to reach anyone--until a kind person stopped and said I should call Marty's Towing, who arrived shortly thereafter. My initial driver (a really nice guy--but unfortunately I can't remember his name) was not in his normal truck and he needed a wedge for my convertible top, so he called Ray to bring him one. I was pretty certain I didn't have a trunk release in the car, but was unsure if the back seats came down or not, and unfortunately they didn't. But they got me inside my car, unhooked my alarm, called a locksmith, settled me down, and did not charge me for the call--saying I should apply their fee to the locksmith charge! Both were total gentlemen! Ray stayed a little while, apologized that he had another call, and knowing I was really upset, said he would check back with me later to ensure I was OK. He stated that there was no way he would leave me stranded after dark--and would come back after his call and we could at least tow my car to my beach home! Several hours and no locksmith later, sure to his word Ray returned, stating he'd researched my car and thought he could get into my trunk. He was right! Voila--it opened! I was ecstatic and in tears! When I tried to pay him, he wouldn't accept any compensation. But he did pray with me, returned my much needed hug, and even made sure I made it home safely. He is an angel, a total gentleman, and I would wholeheartedly recommend both him and Marty's Towing for any of the jobs they do, because they obviously stand behind their work. They are totally awesome! Marty's is the epitome of the auto shop we all hope to find but seldom of us do! If you've had a problem on the road, do not waste time scrolling on your phone for a tow company. Call Marty's right away! They are for sure a 5 star rated company with a 10+ star rated staff. I was in trouble and in only 15 minutes, Ray came to my rescue! Many thanks to smiling, positive, competent Ray and Marty's Towing for saving my evening! On Halloween afternoon I had hit a very high curb turning onto Broadway in rush hour traffic and got a big gash in my tire. It made me sick hearing that tire flapping sound with traffic flying by me! I felt like crying thinking I was going to miss my church carnival. Because the past two times I've called for roadside help (a company I won't mention) I've had to wait 6-8 hours for them to arrive! No exaggeration!! So this time I called Marty's instead. Ray got there before I even had time to clean out my cargo area. He talked to me and made me feel so much better about my misjudging and hitting that curb and he quickly changed my tire. My family of 6 had just driven 600+ miles from Lubbock to Galveston for our Summer Vacation 2019. We drove up on the beach the first evening and when we got back in the car it would not start. Tried to jump it...nothing. We called Marty's and they were awesome! Our driver Ishmael was very understanding that we were from out of town and now we were kind of stranded. He loaded up our car and took it to the repair shop and even got our family down the road to our rental. I was honestly skeptical at the start. In my mind I figured this would be the perfect opportunity for someone to take advantage of me since I was in a really ruff spot being from out of town on vacation. To my surprise they were super nice about the whole thing. They made sure my car got fixed up within less than a day and they did not overcharge for the tow or work they did. The car is working great again and we got to finish out our vacation and we made it home with no more vehicle incidents. I had the misfortune of damaging my boat trailer on Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. I called one of Marty's competitor's and when they realized they could not help me, they called Marty's Towing and the manager, Ray, called me back in 5 minutes. He told me he could make it to Tiki Island in 20 minutes, and true to his word, he was there. Ray obviously had lots of experience with loading broken down boat trailers onto his flatbed and he went about his job with confidence, loaded the boat and delivered it to my driveway safely. As he was driving behind me to my house, I could tell that he was paying attention to the load and how the roadway was bouncing his truck to minimize risk. I have been fortunate enough to not need tow truck services frequently, but Ray made this messed up day end up nicely. He was very pleasant, professional, and the cost to haul my broken trailer 35 miles was VERY fair. He even offered to help push the boat back into my garage. on a cruise out of Galveston and the unexpected happen. As we merged to get on the causeway my front wheel hub went out and made us come to a stop n the side of the road. We called Marty's tow truck service and he offered to give us a ride in his personal vehicle to the drop off zone which was amazing. as we returned we called to make sure he had repaired the truck and had but much to our surprise offered on a Sunday to personally come get us from the port and take us to his shop. Rodney J. 6/7/17 There are times in your life when things happen while you are out of town and you feel apprehensive about calling a towing and repair shop. Let me say that you can put away those feelings if you are near Galveston, Tx. From the call I made to have my truck picked up by the wrecker to the completion of the repair, it was a great experience for me and my wife. The driver Anthony was polite and very helpful. I was in Galveston for a conference and followed the directions of my GPS a little too closely, "make an immediate right" and hit one of those very high curbs. I took out both of the passenger side tires, wheels and trim. From the tow truck driver who drove my friend and I back to the hotel to the gentleman who opened the lot on Saturday so I could retrieve my sunglasses to the excellent repair work, I could not have had a better experience. I had made a stupid mistake and somehow drove on top of a rock in Friendswood and got my car stuck. After getting it towed off, I drove the car to Marty's to make sure the underside was alright. He was super friendly and up front that the car was likely just fine, but let me leave it with him overnight to make sure. The next day he confirmed that my car was safe to drive and didn't charge me a thing! He also gave me an estimate I requested for if I wanted to repair the scratches and the prices were fair. This is a wonderful company, they helped me when I was in distress and had no idea what to do about getting my sons car, we were in a different town. I'm from Baytown and didn't know anyone, they offer mechanic services which was wonderful because it was a one stop shop. Ismael is one of their employees and he walked me step by step on what to expect, if it wasn't for him, I don't know what I would of done, he made the process so easy and got us back on the road in no time! When my vehicle got stuck in Galveston in the middle of the night I called both Marty's and my insurance company. Marty's was able to get there in a quarter of the time and charge me a quarter of the price of what my insurance company was quoting me. So I was able to cancel my insurance call. Additionally, Marty's took a careful look at the situation and was able to figure out a clever way to free my vehicle without causing further damage. Great service and great price! They let me come back to see exactly what had happened which reflects their honesty because many other car shops even big name ones won't let you come back because sometimes they take shortcuts or exaggerate on issues. We moved to Galveston in March and our daughter got in an accident 3 days after we got here. Our truck was towed to Marty's for repairs. They did wonderful work. They worked with my insurance and Ford to get the parts and revised estimates needed to get our 2018 F150 back to good as new. Marty worked with me on my high deductible and also has worked on fixing our other car. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are awesome! read more

My mother got her Prius stuck out in the MIDDLE of the marsh. (Don't ask, she's a retired marine biologist with a flair for harmless rule breaking.) Marty drove out to us in half an hour on a Sunday, and showed amazing ingenuity working for an hour to get my mom's car back on solid road. This is your only call in Galveston. we were visiting Galveston over the weekend when the linkage on my transmission broke. We called Marty's and their mechanic Alex was available. We were able to limp our Jeep over to Marty's shop at 44th and Church St. Alex met us there. In no time Alex had us up and running. Our getaway weekend saved. The dealership was to call for my car to be towed to get new keys but there was a delay. When Marty's got the call it was later than I was told, but they jumped and sent their employee, Junior, who dropped his lunch to rush to aid me. This is the BEST PLACE!! My daughter and I drove from Lubbock for her to do the Ironman race and got in the car this morning and the sunroof was shattered. It was cold and raining but he still changed our alternator out in the rain. He did a full diagnostic and pointed out reasons why the alternator went out due to previous work from another mechanics. We trusted him and hired him to fix all the other issues from a compressor to belt tensioner. He was not out for money and was genuinely a great mechanic. We spent 8 hours at the shop and watched him interact with other customers. Bobby did an oil change for a lady and checked a bunch of other things for her too (tire pressure, greased her doors, etc) that she didn't asked to get done but was very thankful for. He welded an exhaust and told the customer it'll be ready so the customer can go to a meeting and come back to pick it up. He is a man of his word and delivered! This is someone who loves their profession and is passionate about diesels so I highly recommend Bobby for your diesel needs! And btw he does have a very comfy sofa I fell asleep on a few times in while waiting.

So a lil over 6 months ago I foolishly hired this guy with a mobile car repair service when I was living in Houston. Long story short on that is I basically got scammed out of $650 to get my car's a/c fixed. In comes this place earlier this week. I spoke to Sam, who was very kind and understanding. I told him the whole story and he told me he would take care of it. After dropping off the car on Monday, he called me around 12p and told me I had some major work that needed to be done. I asked him how long it would take, he said till Saturday. So Thursday rolls around, and I decided to give Sam a call, just to see how the repairs were going. He goes "boss your car is ready!"; I'm like "whaaaaat?!" Went to pick up the car and the a/c works great. Not a cheap job to be sure, but most a/c repairs aren't. Thanks to Sam and his crew for doing a great job and finishing before the deadline. Will definitely be back as I have some other things that need to be worked on. You guy's are great!
