When families are forced to call every day just to find out if someone will show up, only to be told day after day that services are delayed, there is a serious problem. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Bayada Home Health. Not only were scheduled visits repeatedly missed, but the case remained open, allowing insurance billing to continue despite services not being provided. Patients and families deserve better. I strongly encourage anyone considering home health services to carefully evaluate other providers before choosing Bayada.
