He said he had done "thousands." So I decided to give him a shot. It took awhile, but when he called and said it was ready he insisted I give it a test run. And it was unbelievable. Shifting is smooth, fast, quiet. The car is an absolute joy to drive. The cost was consistent with the estimate even though he found an issue that caused the check engine light to stay on. No one else could figure it out but he fixed it and the cost was still within the estimate. I have nothing but praise for this place. Thank you ten times over.

I would not recommend this repair shop. Our vehicle sat on the lot for three weeks, and every week…read morewe were told we'd receive a quote the next day. That call never came. We were eventually told the truck had been put on the lift and that the transmission needed to be replaced. We mentioned that we believed the transmission might simply have been overfilled with fluid, but that possibility was dismissed without being checked. We had the truck towed to another repair shop, where they found the transmission had simply been overfilled with fluid. Nothing else needed to be repaired. To make matters worse, we were charged a diagnostic fee. If a proper diagnostic had actually been performed, it should have identified the real issue instead of incorrectly recommending a full transmission replacement. Based on our experience, this shop appears to take on more vehicles than it can reasonably handle and doesn't provide customers with a realistic timeline or explain how many vehicles are ahead of theirs. While we were there, we saw several customers decide to have their vehicles towed elsewhere rather than continue waiting. Overall, our experience was frustrating. We found the communication poor, the diagnosis inaccurate, and the service unprofessional. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this shop. STAY AWAY!!

Which means he was watching me the last 1.5hrs?? when I picked up the phone he didn't say hello. He didn't introduce himself. He immediately started screaming at me at the top of his lungs that "you better come get your fucking car or I'm gonna have it towed". I said I'm sorry can you please repeat that? He screamed at me again telling me I have no right to leave my vehicle there. Meanwhile, I was by myself and going to get my daughter to help me grab my vehicle. It's kinda hard to drive two vehicles at one time when you're one person. While being harangued by this man, I hung up. I don't accept that kind of behavior, so after a few moments, I decided to call him back and calmly tell him I'm coming to get my vehicle and then he proceeded to scream at me again telling me 'I should know better, I'm not responsible for your Vehicle, get it now or I'm towing it, and topping it off with "you fucking bitch" and then hanging up on me. He was completely unprofessional and immediately started attacking us, threatening to tow our car because we needed to leave it there for an hour to be able to come back and get it. My mother is one person, it is completely idiotic of him to assume that she would somehow be able to drive two cars at once. I hope that you lose your contract with U-HAUL because I can tell you right now that no business wants to be associated with someone who calls their customers bitches.
