After having a regular vet for many years I was quite nervous about going to a different clinic but it was Sunday night and my dog was attacked by another, we needed to have him checked over as he was limping and wanted to make sure nothing was broken.
We arrived around 8:30pm and ended up waiting about 20 minutes when a vet nurse took our dog through for a preliminary check while we waited for the vet. We ended up seeing the vet about an hour after we arrived.
The lady we saw, Beau, was fantastic, she was very gentle and thorough. Luckily it didn't look like there were too many major issues and we were given some painkillers for our dog to take and a follow up appointment with our regular vet suggested in case there was no resolution. We didn't feel like we were upsold on anything we didn't need and didn't feel like our appointment was rushed either. The vet apologised for keeping us waiting as it was changeover time.
I hope I don't need it again but would be happy to return or recommend the clinic for emergency veterinary serv read more
