He went up to the window to pay for it, and an employee pulled him aside (away from people) to inform him that his bid wasn't accepted because it's "not a definite auction" (since when????) and that it would be 200 dollars more. Apparently the "seller" wouldn't take less than 900 for it, yet the bidding started at 500. As far as we know we are the only ones that "won" a bid and didn't walk out of this garbage establishment with a car. My fiancé and his family have been coming here for years. Last night was the first time they've ever tried to haggle, they didn't do it around other folks as to not raise alarm bells I'm sure. We also witnessed them make another woman cry because she was 18$ short on her total. The man accompanying her was begging them to let him run to the gas station next door so he could reach an atm and make the difference. They refused her and him, so my fiancé gave them the difference because this woman was clearly distressed. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS "ESTABLISHMENT". They are disrespectful, liars, and cheaters. I could go on but I'll end it here.

When l brought the issue to them they said someone else had lied to them. Fast forward a couple months, l paid my car off $10,000 and l have since been waiting on the title for the last 2 months. I had to argue with co-owner about how to get it. It is ridiculous. When l asked about the title they said, it's the states fault l don't have the title, even though they were the lien holders. We called Chad and he told his partner, it's their responsibility to get title to me, he still contended it's not their fault and l still don't have it. I purchased a vehicle from Dealers Choice which can not pass emissions. I live in one of the 13…read morecounties where emissions is required. When I found out the car could not pass emissions I contacted Buz Snyder who said they could fix the vehicle. When I drove out there they did not fix vehicle but offered me my purchase price. I told them I wanted the vehicle repaired as I had already spent money having some things on the car fixed like brakes and remote entry and sunroof. I made a goodwill deal with them that I would buy the parts (car needed new catalytic converters and check engine light bulb) and they could perform repairs or pay for the labor of the repairs. Buz agreed. TO date I have not gotten my money back for the repairs. I sent them receipts certified mail along with my expectations. I saw another review on google where someone was having the same problem and they did not fix her problem either! I reported them to the BBB and also filed a complaint with the clean air campaign.
