A new BMW. SERVICE:// Thomas is great. Friendly, kind, hardworking, and was patient with me -- which I appreciate. He doesn't have those pushy used car dealer vibes that I've experienced in the past. Just good service and a good attitude. Every part of the process was smooth, which is kinda rare for car dealers in my previous experience. PRICES:// More than fair, actually, better than most. It took me awhile to find an equally good price -and-good quality BMW, so I felt like the heavens opened when I finally found one at Crown Automotive. OFFICE:// Nice clean office space. Easy to access and good parking. Living in Midtown and being a walking distance only type person, lol, I initially thought going to Fayetteville may be too far, but it's not. Think about it-- you're getting a car that you'll likely be driving for 5 or more years. Going a few extra miles, or even coming in from out of state to get the perfect car is a no-brainer. So definitely don't let the location deter you in anyway. It almost did for me, but I'm glad I stuck with my gut and reached out to Crown. I've known people who have flown across the country to get the right car - I'm talking NY to CA and vice versa, so Midtown or Buckhead to Fayetteville is literally a cake walk. CARS:// They sell everything: Porsche Panameras, BMWs, Honda Civics, Toyota Camrys, and alot more. They keep an inventory on their website. I believe they can get you a specific car too, if you pay in advance. I think I overheard the secretary on the phone with guy looking for a specific type of Maserati, and a lady looking to get her daughter a BMW X3 for school. But don't quote me on that, definitely call and inquire. SUMMARY:// I don't know about y'all, but there's nothing better than supporting a small business, especially a family owned business. It just makes me feel, idk, like a good wholesome person, lol. To know that by patronizing them, I'm not just feeding some obscure corporate entity, but that I'm actually helping to build a future, to feed a family.... makes me feel like a business-conscious Mother Theresa, lol, or Ghandi for the guys. Anyway, if you're looking for a car, at a good deal, from a place you can feel great about going to, then definitely try out Crown Automotive Group.

I drove all the way from the Nashville TN area to get this car and I am far from disappointed with what I got for my long drive. I am still completely happy with my purchase a month later. I replaced the brake pads and rotors, flushed the engine and radiator antifreeze, replaced it with the correct antifreeze. Changed the oil with the correct oil and replaced 2 oil lines that were slightly leaking. Replaced the heating element in the drivers seat and put 2 new tires on the rear. Other than these few minor issues that are the most basic of troubles I am very thankful for the great deal on a now totally dependable car. I asked the owner to make the title delivered to include signature required and that is how it came. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle and get a great deal. I am a former heavy diesel mechanic and I know what I am seeing and feeling when driving a car. The deal I got was awesome and I'm sure you will get one too when dealing with this dealer.
