She looked at me with an unpleasant expression and replied, "They are both the same." She then ignored my request and gave me the pastries from the upper shelf anyway. It was such a simple request, and the way it was handled made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by asking. At that point, I just wanted to leave. I have also noticed that this location has become increasingly dirty and poorly maintained. The service feels disorganized as well. Customers' names are not taken with orders, and receipts do not clearly identify what was purchased; they simply show numbers. I am writing this because I used to enjoy coming here. Good pastries are not enough if customers are made to feel unwelcome. Cleanliness, organization, and respectful customer service matter.
