Our pool pump decided to quit…read moreon a Friday night just as we were about to get extremely cold temperatures in the next few days. I couldn't get ahold of our pool builder and most pool service companies were closed for the weekend. Major damage could have occurred with our pool without the pump running for freeze protection. I got ahold of Justin at All Clean Pools on Saturday morning. He said he had a pump in stock and quoted us a fair price for the repair. His technician wasn't able to get to our place until it was getting dark because they had other pools to service. The technician worked from 8pm until 10:30 in the dark and bitter cold to get a new pump installed and everything is now in working order. They really saved us from possible major repairs and I highly recommend All Clean Pools.

I wish I had thought to take the picture before I turned on the hose! The pictures show what it looked like after filling up for an hour! Quantum Pool said they "would see if the could get someone by in the next few days. In other words, they couldn't care less. I called Precision Polls desperate to find someone to fix the problem Dane took my call and was at our house in about an hour, immediately realized what was happening for the most part and fixed the leak before leaving. I had to ask him if he would take over servicing the pool! To say he didn't hard sell me is an understatement. Precision Pools is very consumer conscious about fees (even recommended that we drop to two visits a month until the weather gets hot again, saving me a ton of money. Dane in one day made me a fan and I already called someone I know at Quantom Pools to tell them about this Precision Pools and how easy they were to deal with. The really great thing is they also do landscaping work. I have found a company that can two jobs to replace people I have been frustrated with in the past.

Established initial contact and explained the situation, and they said they'd begin maintenance. A couple of weeks go by and my realtor calls me and tells me he's at the house making sure some of the closing items we had listed were completed and that the pool looked like "no one had tended to it." Water was low, bottom was covered in leaves. Clear Image said they made several visits between late October to late November, but upon arriving, our pool was almost 2 feet below the skimmer, the pumps were still running (sucking air), and the bottom of the pool had about 3" of leaves on it, which took several hours to vacuum. I ended up spending $200 to replace some internal parts on one of our pumps, but fortunately, they hadn't burned up. I asked them why the pool was so low, why there were so many leaves, etc., and they said there was a storm the night prior. Long story short, we spoke on the phone and disagreed with our current $600+ in charges - the invoice carried 4 visits, one of which supplied no work because the water at the house was turned off. We agreed to deduct labor for the last visit because it was apparent to us that no work had been done, so I ended up shelling out $450 just to be done with them. We moved onto another company that's been taking care of our pool and we can't be happier. That was in December - mid March, we receive another invoice from Clear Image Pools in the mail for just over $200 for services [supposedly] rendered in NOVEMBER. Upon closer examination, this invoice was for the work that we had originally agreed to omit over the phone IN DECEMBER. I followed this invoice up with an email, outlining the specifics of the conversations we'd already had regarding the balance of the invoice, the agreement we made to not charge for the last visit, and the check for the agreed-upon amount with clearing date. Their only response was "...Throw away we will write it off," speaking of the latest "invoice" sent 4 months after the fact. It's apparent they're unorganized, and we were far from satisfied from the work they did. Our new company arrived, surveyed the low state of the pool, and identified our leak IN ONE VISIT, helped us cap off the main drains, only run the skimmers, and provided new parts for the pump NEXT DAY without hardly a finger lifted on my part. Very hands-on, and on top of things. Clear Image is NOT. Avoid.

I pre-paid them for work and they did not complete the job and did not…read morereturn my money and requesting several times, was told they had the Liner for my pool which I never did see it,I was just taking her work for it, She said the liner was order March 10,I never heard from until April 12 saying they would be there to start working on my pool April 16, April 16 came and all I saw to guys bringing a pump out to finished draining the pool which I started to drain day before and cut my Liner out, they put the pump in and I never saw again for a wk, She did told me it was to cold to install the Liner but she cut across my liner and just left and I never saw them for another wk before they came out again, they started work on replacing to return jet which was part of the work that they had to do, cut the concert to be able to get to jets, after cutting holes, they packed up left saying would be after they got the parts to repair the jets at that time, they came back the next day finished the jets. The pool set for 3 weeks empty. I never did see a Liner, so I asked for a refund, and she flatly told me I was not going to get one. As of May 19, I have never heard from her Company again. I had to hire another company to get a liner. This Company kept telling me lies about the whole job, so do not use Rainbow clear pool of Southaven.
