I've got to say, "Travis" (the Manager), was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices were better than my usual pool company. He was very happy to allow me to demo the pool cleaner and he took his time to make sure I had all of the information to operate the demo machine and that I had all of the literature and information to make my decision going forward. After my experience with Pool Sharks and Travis I can't help but think that the one bad review of "Travis" (written by Matthew B" must have been some personal vindictive situation because the "Travis" he described in his review was nothing like the "Travis" I experienced in about three occasions while shopping at Pool Sharks. The pool set for 3 weeks empty. I never did see a Liner, so I asked for a refund, and she flatly told me I was not going to get one. As of May 19, I have never heard from her Company again. They had availability in the next week, and we agreed they would come on July 8th. I would be charged $80 for the service call, which I agreed to pay. The service tech showed up on time, diagnosed the problem as a faulty control board. Soon after a tech named Brian texted with me and asked for some more details on the model number as well as some pictures so he could get me a quote. I sent them on July 12th. I was happy knowing I had what seemed to be a responsive pool company that would help me with my issues, however..... That was the last time I had communication with them. I reached out several times via text and by calling the office. Zero response via text and the office always promised a manager would call. But they never once did. I finally called today (July 23rd) and asked for a refund on my service call. But it turns out they had never charged me. I do not attribute this to their kindheartedness, but rather to their disfunction as a business. I am not sure why they decided to waste my time and ignore me, perhaps my job just wasn't worth their time. But in the end, I have come to this conclusion: it is my opinion that if you need pool service in the greater Memphis area, look elsewhere. I am already working with another company that treats me with just a little bit like a valuable customer.

A final thought, if you use a large company for your pool maintenance, they don't care if you are dissatisfied. The people doing the work are just there for a check and don't care about you or your equipment, or your pool. Wally is a small business owner and he definitely cares. Precision Pools is a life saver. I woken up up Friday to a half empty pool. I called my "former"…read morepool company that told me they had mentioned that the pool "water looked a little low" when they cleaned it that week. I wish I had thought to take the picture before I turned on the hose! The pictures show what it looked like after filling up for an hour! Quantum Pool said they "would see if the could get someone by in the next few days. In other words, they couldn't care less. I called Precision Polls desperate to find someone to fix the problem Dane took my call and was at our house in about an hour, immediately realized what was happening for the most part and fixed the leak before leaving. I had to ask him if he would take over servicing the pool! To say he didn't hard sell me is an understatement. Precision Pools is very consumer conscious about fees (even recommended that we drop to two visits a month until the weather gets hot again, saving me a ton of money. Dane in one day made me a fan and I already called someone I know at Quantom Pools to tell them about this Precision Pools and how easy they were to deal with. The really great thing is they also do landscaping work. I have found a company that can two jobs to replace people I have been frustrated with in the past.
