The employees go out of their way to get me my sizes and notify me if the inventory comes that I need a specific shoe or bag. I've noticed that their handbags/evening purses choices have increased in choices in this location. They are offering a lot more in discounts too. I see the additional 25-30 percent off a lot more throughout the year. I have bought a few handbags from them and the quality and craftsmanship is great. Their shoe area is what this store is about. They have all the heels or flats that a girl wants. I bought two new pairs of heels from them recently on my friends' wedding. Both pairs came so nicely wrapped. I totally recommend this shop and the employees are totally approachable and helpful. Shopped here multiple times for myself and my loved ones. ~

The least I have seen any $450 shoe here is perhaps $300. I just love Tods driving Mocs for their soft, buttery leather. I currently own 9 pair. Yesterday was the first visit where they didn't have my size in either of the two Gommino driving shoes I selected. They located a pair in New York, but, I didn't order as I wasn't 100% sure they would fit (newest line runs a bit smaller). This is one of my "must visit" shops in Sawgrass Mills Mall.

But the shoes from the Aldo in the Sawgrass Mall Outlet were so much cheaper. The saleswoman, Angie, was professional, spunky and helpful in finding shoes that my wife may be interested in purchasing. The store was very clean and the displays were spaced out perfectly. But I totally get what other reviewers said about Brian. I feel like he's a little over enthusiastic and willing to help in a good way but also one that could put some people off. When I walked in I was looking at the boxes for the type of Birkenstock I was looking for, and Brian basically dissuaded me from doing so and suggested that I grab a model from the wall and bring it to him for him to bring me a box from the back. I did that and Brian quickly brought me several boxes, and one of the boxes was my size. I actually really enjoyed that level of service and it made my shopping experience really quick. But I also knew what I type of sandal was looking for. I guess if you want to leisurely look around you might feel pressured by that.

The manager placed the pendant on a sturdier necklace but because the latch was broken on the pendant, when I got home the pendant fell off the necklace and broke in two. After being told there was nothing they(the store) could do I contacted my bank. The bank told me to go back in store for store credit because that is their policy. WARNING: you will NOT get your money back! Once I went back into Martier they refused to give me a store credit. They made me pick something out right then and there and it had to be jewelry. They had the audacity to charge me an extra $20 too!! I will never walk foot into that store on any of their locations.

I usually prefer to figure things out on my own, but it wasn't easy to see which section of the store was for basketball shoes vs. running shoes. Then I asked a Nike representative a quick question. Kerry immediately helped show me where to look. Then he made a few suggestions and with the help he enlisted from another Nike expert, I quickly had three pairs of shoes to try on. It was a very efficient, helpful process. I found the prices to be reasonable and the selection was extensive. I had received an email about a 10% discount for my birthday. While reading the email about how to redeem that discount, I saw that I needed to download the Nike app. When I did that, I got another message; this time with a 15% discount (if I spent $100). My shoes were $80, so I added some socks and a t-shirt. I ended up saving $16. I sought out the Manager, Drew to compliment Kerry for his excellent assistance. So sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't. But you can save money. This store has limited sizes if you wear larger than 10 in women's. Had to check the mens but only one pair in the style I liked but not the color Hopefully next time, I'll find something in my size and the color I want. Employees were helpful. Packed on a Saturday night.
