After hitting a pretty good leg-day, i drove back to the food cart and asked the woman at the window what the most popular spud was. She told me it was the brisket one. The carnivore that I am, also wanted some chicken wings. So now, I'm back at my apartment, devouring this massive potato covered in brisket, cheese, sour cream, chives, and bbq sauce. Wishing i had gotten another one for tomorrow. Definitely would recommend anyone in the area to stop by and check this little shop out. The potatoes alone were worth stopping for. Next time I plan to try one of the lobster spuds.
