There were blinds on the floor needing dusting--they decided to just leave it there until I asked. I did not see a single duster, mop or vacuum in action. Every inquiry was met with "that's not my job" when you are literally cleaning an empty house! Then shortly afterwards, they packed up and abandoned the job without a word. Looked at & received quotes from quite a few locally owned business in the area for carpet cleaning - so happy I ended up going with Umanzor! Juan came on time, and he was very friendly. He finished the job in about 3 hours for 3 bedrooms and stairs. His quote was very reasonable, and he worked very hard. He cleaned corners and all carpeted areas thoroughly. I am completely satisfied with his service. His van has a very powerful generator to power all the equipment. He told me the water would dry up in about 2 hours, and yes, it did. He used a very powerful suction tool to suck up all the access water. I will definitely use your service in the near future. I just had our carpets cleaned by one of the most professional companies I have ever come across. They did everything by the industry standards and the IICRC cleaning standards as well. They vacuumed, pre-sprayed and brushed in the pre-spray then extracted with hot water. Juan and his family did an outstanding job. I have been in the cleaning industry for over 30 years and Umanzor Cleaning Services by far exceeded my expectations. They were on time and show my home respect by cleaning up behind themselves as they worked. I'm not sure why no one has reviewed Juan and his wife on Yelp. If you look at their reviews on HomeAdvisor, you'll see how happy people are with them. Anyway, we hired them for two move-in/move-out cleanings plus steam-cleaning​ the carpets. The pricing was very reasonable (more so than anyone else I spoke with) but more importantly,​ they did a fantastic job. During the walk-through on our move-out day, the real estate was shocked at how clean the house was. They removed every single stain from the carpets, too, and didn't charge extra for spot cleaning the way some companies do. They were quick to respond and very flexible. Our whole moving process felt so chaotic so we appreciated how relaxed they were about scheduling. We did notice a week or so later​ that a couple really hard to get to/see places had been missed, but I think even the best cleaners in the world might have missed those. When I hired them, Juan told me they would come back for no charge if they missed something as they guarantee their work, but no one on earth would have noticed that but us and it was something we could do ourselves in a few minutes. I didn't think it made sense to ask them to come back and wipe up a spot of dust. We will definitely hire them again! read more
