I would've been satisfied with a call saying we are working on getting someone out to fix it. I'm just so disappointed because they did an amazing job installing the door but if you're going to do an excellent job to get my money, you should still stand by your product when something goes wrong. Other companies gave us cheaper quotes but we went with ABC because of the excellent reviews.

A LITTLE TOO BASIC!…read more This warehouse is quite large and it has everything from toilets and cabinets to flooring and doors. We primarily wanted to stop to see what they offered in kitchen cabinetry. Although much of what they carry is builder basic, you can upgrade to really nice wood cabinets. You can send them your space measurements and they will assist you with the lay out. The employees were very helpful with information and helping us to get the layout of the warehouse. While I liked some of the high quality cabinets they carried, I don't know if it would be worth a two hour drive from Georgia. I think that I would prefer to just find a source closer to home just for the sake of convenience. However, if you reside in Greenville, this could be a great option for you. In addition to furniture, fixtures and accessories, (pull out inserts for drawers), they also had stones for a backsplash and area rugs. If you are looking for basic products for a rental or if you are just cheap, this is the place for you. This would not be a good option if you are looking for higher quality options.

We started the process of replacing all of our windows in February of 2022. We met with several…read morevendors at this time and decided to go back to Pella basing this decision on work they have done for us on previous homes. We were originally told the project would be completely finished in about 6 months. After ZERO communications and repeated requests for updates the project finally started 7 months later. We had multiple windows ordered incorrectly and ordered multiple times incorrectly, this all added to the delay in finishing the project. At one point a large picture window was shattered during install and was left in place with the shards of shattered glass being scattered everywhere when the wind blows. six weeks later after repeated calls and emails the glass was replaced with the replacement I had in my garage the entire time that was ordered the wrong color and left until the correct window could be installed. All in all the project took about 14 months to complete and although the Pella product itself is fantastic. I can not recommend Pella windows $ doors in Irmo. The commutation is horrible! Customer service is even worse! all of our issues could have been resolved easily by communicating timelines and expectations. We we all understand not being able to get product in this day and age. this does not excuse poor communication and poor customer service!

They did a little research and found out that the truck broke down and the windows were returned back to their warehouse where they've been sitting since the 17th of December. As I write this, I still cannot get Marvin Windows or Neelys doors and windows to give us a tracking number or a delivery date. I would never do business with Neely's or Marvin again. Once we selected one then we would get an estimate for the whole house. Then also said they would give us addresses for windows in the area so we could see them in person the different types on older homes like ours. Never heard from them. Have send 2 emails back now and nothing. I guess they don't want someone using a local business. Nick told us he would need to rent a boom lift to access the windows and requested $650 upfront for the rental. However, when he arrived to do the quote, he showed up with a ladder and explained that the company was out of lifts. Since the lift was never used, Nick agreed to refund the $650. Unfortunately, despite multiple promises, we have still not received our refund nearly three months later. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and failure to return money that was promised back has been extremely disappointing. We expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. I hope this issue is resolved, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend High Country Glass.
