The initial tint installation had visible dirt contamination. The owner contacted me after my…read morereview and asked for a chance to fix it, so I removed the review and returned. The redo still had dirt specks in every window and the passenger side window they redid had a major gap compared to the other three windows. A week later the rear window developed a large bubble and the windshield tint showed more defects. When I returned they pushed the bubble down instead of replacing the tint, which created creases. I was also told dirt in the windshield tint was acceptable if it did not block my view. The bubble returned shortly after leaving and the windshield now has a noticeable uneven texture. Communication stopped after I sent photos. The owner later offered a $238 refund even though I paid $547. All windows still have contamination in the film and I now have to pay another shop to remove and redo the tint. I want the tint removed and the glass cleaned but I am not comfortable letting the same shop touch my vehicle again because I am concerned about possible retaliation or damage. Worst tint experience I have had.

On January 21st 2021 I took my vehicle to All Pro Window Tint in Holly Sprints, GA to have my front windshield tinted with Spectra PhotoSynch at a costs of $424.00. When the tint job was completed the film required time to dry. When the film dried the tint did not properly cure over the dot matrix portion on 3 locations on the windshield. I brought my vehicle back to the tint shop on January 29th where the tech stated that the film was dry and there was nothing he could do other than remove the film and redo the job at a costs to me (Consumer). The tech then proceeded to attempt to run his squeegee card against the tint with no results. I advised the technician that this is not acceptable as I have had multiple windshields tinted that never experienced the same problem with tint adhering/curing over the dot matrix portion of the windshield. After notifying the tech that I was not satisfied he immediately stated "I have tinted over 5000 vehicles." Who says this? like I care that you have tinted 5000 vehicles, the point was he did not tint this one correctly. I was stunned to hear this level of response from a tech on a company that I had completed research on to ensure they were reputable prior to bringing my vehicle to their shop, they made me feel, as a customer, that I was immediately wrong and nothing could be said or done about the matter. As I stood my ground and continued to advise this was not acceptable and is an eye sore aesthetically the technician finally called the owner of the business who came on site to review the concern. When the owner of the company, Chris, arrived he was sympathetic to the aforementioned concern unlike the technician. It took about 5 minutes of explaining to the owner that I have had multiple vehicles done without the issue. The owner finally agreed to attempt to make the situation right by re-tinting the windshield however advised that this would be a one-time courtesy and stated "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing multiple times and expecting different results". On February 8th I dropped my vehicle off with All Pro Window Tinting to complete the job for a second time. As soon as I dropped the vehicle off the technician immediately stated "This would be the last time they would attempt to get the job done and the results are the results" This communication also insinuated that All Pro Window Tint does not stand behind the product or services they offer to consumers. What's more concerning is the technician should have never made this comment. When the vehicle was completed for the second time I advised the technician to look over 3 spots that appeared to exhibit the same symptoms from the previous tint job. The tech stated that this was just moisture that needed to dry. Guess what,... same problem occurred. A long story short I ended up eating the cost of $424.00 to have my windshield re-tinted at a different shop. The windshield was re-tinted with no issues, and guess what....It was done right the first time. Please do more research when selecting your tint shop and avoid All Pro Window Tinting. After a friend recommended the shop, I made an appointment and drove two hours to tint my car…read morewindows. Scheduling was painless and I was offered plenty of time slots to choose from. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and personable staff. The waiting room was intimate yet comfortable and even afforded drinks for their clients. We discussed my options and prices while they demonstrated the effects of the various forms of tint. Having made my decision, they gave me an expected time frame and so I left the car with them to go have lunch with my buddy. When I returned, the car was done and boy did they knock it out of the park! The tint fit was perfect, even on the difficult to reach rear glass with defroster. They warned me that the rear might produce some bubbles but that those would dissipate after the glue fully cured. This never happened! My windows remained as delivered, perfect and without bubbles or air pockets of any kind! When they saw that I had a service animal, they did advise that their install warranty would not cover dog scratches and then offered me a bottle of cleaner to use when she slobbered on a window. After getting inside the car, I noted that they had placed stickers over the window switches, a good deterrent in the event that I forgot about not dropping any windows for the first 24-48 hours. I also saw that there wasn't a spot of application spray anywhere in the interior, not even my very deep dash. It has been 5 months now since the install. I am very glad I went with the IR Ceramic. Its a bit more pricey but well worth the money considering the intense southern sunlight we deal with. Everything looks as perfect as the day it was installed. I could not have been more pleased with the results and service. If you are on the fence, take a drive out there and have a chat with one of their employees. They will be honest with you and do their best to provide you a solution that suits your needs.
