Today we had a wonderful experience with work performed by American Tree Care, LLC. We had a HUGE…read moreshrub job consisting of approximately 25 yards of hedges which required cutting sides and tops cut about 2 feet down. Very tight area next to pool enclosure. In addition, we had an extremely tall overgrown tree where limbs were extending too close over our roof and electrical service lines. Rob was our point person. Came out and gave us a quote promptly. Workers arrived straightaway and dutifully cut down the shrubs and tree limbs in record time. They had to work on our neighbor's side, and conversed with him accordingly. Even the owner of American Tree came out to ensure proper handling of our job. We were so IMPRESSED! At completion, all debris was cleaned up and cleared. Hired Austin's Tree Service after a giant tree fell onto our home in Palm Coat following Hurricane…read moreMilton. The tree landed on the roof and there was substantial roof damage. Austin responded promptly to our request on Yelp and provided us with an excellent quote for his services. He provided us with many photos for FEMA of the damage done and stayed in constant communication with my wife about this project. I wish all businesses were as professional and courteous as Austin and his crew. They did an excellent job at carefully removing the trees and hauled away the debris. Not only that, but they tacked down a large tarp on the roof of the home to protect the roof from further weather damage and trimmed up a nearby palm tree at no cost. Could you ask for anything more??? I don't think so. My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. As they have arborist's on staff the letter is acceptable to the state for the emergency removal requirements. Dave and his crew are really great, really friendly! Office is great as well.
