Multiple attempts to follow up--including asking to speak directly with the owner and leaving our contact information--have gone completely unanswered. Our son's graduation is right around the corner, so the jacket will now be of almost no use to him. We've also heard from several other families in the community experiencing the exact same delays and lack of communication. This is completely unacceptable for a local business that specializes in custom screen printing, embroidery, and school apparel. We are demanding a full refund and will not be recommending Ideal Sports to anyone. Avoid this place if you need reliable turnaround on orders.
