New Dimension offered the most competitive pricing for the features I wanted (full color both sides, glossy brochure paper, full bleed.) They maintained excellent communication, had them ready fast, and the quality was absolutely beautiful. Months later, friends are still commenting that she had the most beautiful programs they'd ever seen. Because of this excellent experience, when my boss needed some forms printed a couple weeks ago I highly recommended he check with them. Again, exceptional service- other companies he asked for a quote couldn't manage to return a call, or couldn't understand a basic order. I first went to Daniel for help in October 2025. I had an 10 year old Alienware gaming computer…read morethat desperately needed new hardware upgrades because they were extremely outdated. I was on a budget and he found the best parts in the right price range for me. I didn't have all of the money upfront and it took from October to February for me to be able to give him all of the money for parts and labor but he was very understanding and generous with his time. When the prices on parts went up significantly due to market changes, he let me know so that I could quickly get him the money so that I didn't have to pay so much. He consistently went out of his way to make sure I didn't pay more than what was needed, even though it made no difference to him on that front. In the end, the old gaming computer I had wasn't compatible with what parts I needed, but he improvised and made me a new rig with the same parts at no extra cost to me. I just recently got to take it home and it works great! He was available anytime and was very helpful in explaining the details to me when I didn't understand the technical terms. I couldn't recommend him more and I will be going back in the future for any more work I need done. He run his business from his home and occasionally, he had a friend or 2 over and they were all very nice/welcoming and everyone made conversation with me. It was always a comfortable, laid-back environment.

Their quote beat every other quote I received. We agreed upon a date and time. The night before service, Tony called me to confirm the appointment time. The morning of, Tony called to let me know he would be here just a few minutes late because he was rerouted due to an accident. (Note: my pickup time was 8:00, and I live between two very busy morning traffic roads, so this is 100% understandable.) I appreciated the communication.. most companies wouldn't call about a 5 minute difference! Jerrell was right on time and actually had everything out and loaded when Tony got here at 8:05. Jerrell and Tony were both so friendly. This is extremely important for me, as I am a single woman. You never know who is coming in to your home, and the kindness and warmth was greatly appreciated.
