He can make even dry hair look beautiful after treating it with some amazing conditioning treatments. Tylore also is amazing at hair and I love the way she did my hair today. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend booking with them and making sure you book your next appointment to get in again if it's a month out or so. Brooke was beyond rough from the moment i got in the chair, pulled my hair when putting on the cape, twice. Pulled my hair multiple times when shampooing. I am leaving with a headache because of how rough she was throughout the whole cut. My scalp is raw and the tops of my ears are red from how hard she pushed to use her comb. She got an attitude with me about the picture I showed her that I wanted because it was "AI", to which my response was "ok, but there's a concept there on the layers & length right?" Because what does it matter if it was AI, I'm far from ignorant, I wasn't asking her to make me look like the picture, I said I wanted something like that picture with the layers & volume. I had my hair almost exactly like that prior to growing it back out so I'm well aware it's achievable as well as I'm well aware of the way you have to style it for it to look as such. I don't appreciate being talked down to like I'm ignorant because I'm not a hair dresser, I have a masters degree & take care of people for a living, I promise I'm not ignorant. I came to a hair appointment because I thought it would be enjoyable & "pampering", well, it was the complete opposite thanks to her.

I had a wedding in Lake City and made an appointment here not on a recommendation, but because their location was close to my hotel. I did not expect them to be great (I don't even know why), but at least to be somewhat acceptable. Boy did they exceed and excel. We are planning to move nearby in the not too distant future and I am so happy that I will have an amazing salon close by instead of having to drive to Miami every three weeks!
