I've had 2 instances in the last 6 weeks with my kids and their sight equipment... first time baby girl had the leg on her glasses come off when the screw fell out. I didn't have a replacement screw and I didn't feel like driving into Baton Rouge to the place where the glasses were bought so I figured I'd pay whatever they charged to get it done local... stopped in asked if they could repair, didn't tell them I'd never been here before.... they said sure in under 10 minutes glasses back together and in my hand....I say what's the cost? They say nothing, free service...to myself I'm like Damn that's great! Thank them and leave.... A few weeks later the boy comes in with the lens out of his glasses... dropped them he said.... Back I go, the folks here look at them and 10 minutes later completely repaired.... how much I ask? Nothing, free service they say.... again I'm like Damn that's great! They are good about calling you and letting know when your contacts come in. I never have to wait long so that is a plus!
