We scheduled the move for Tuesday. On Monday, they called to warn me about potential delays due to weather. I even offered to reschedule, but they insisted they could still do it--just at a slower pace since I was paying hourly. Come Tuesday morning, an hour and a half before the move, they suddenly tell me that no employees showed up and pushed it to Wednesday. Then, on Wednesday, they pulled the same stunt--no movers available, now pushing it to Thursday. When I asked for a later time on Thursday because my schedule couldn't accommodate their constant failures, I was told that wasn't an option and that they were actually doing me a favor by "squeezing" me in. A favor? Seriously? They left me sleeping on the floor for two nights because they couldn't stick to their commitments. This is beyond unprofessional--it's outright incompetence. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to stay far away. Update: The owner actually had the audacity to call me and insult me for leaving this review, saying I'm "ignorant" and "ridiculous" for holding them accountable. That alone speaks volumes about how this business is run.

Not only did they empty my trailer they put all of the furniture where I needed it and I have a two-story house with a basement. I'm also a glass artist and I had a lot of heavy equipment. They had a lot of very heavy furniture including a huge treadmill and these boys just did the work and even though I apologized for the size and scope of the job they kept telling me ma'am, we do this every day. You do not have to apologize. Their character and their professionalism just cannot be topped!
