They discovered that Verizon had cut through two pipes when burying my FIOS cable and reccomened that I reach out to them to cover the cost. After about 2 hours of waiting and speaking to multiple agents I had to clear to get it repaired. I dreaded what Verizon's contractor would do to my lawn, I'm one of those people who tries to have the best in the neighborhood, so I called Waverly back and requested they repair it.
