They showed up on time, worked professionally and cleaned up at the end of the day. Whole job took 3 days, and they even replaced all the patio furniture on the last day. The final product was precisely what I asked for, done in a high-quality, workmanlike way. H&G are not the cheapest guys out there, but for the extra money you get a professional product, professionally executed, on time, on budget. Honestly: I don't think it gets any better than that.

I cannot believe this company is still in business. From the start, appointments were routinely…read moremissed. Last June our lawn with mowed only once even though I was paying for a weekly service. When I called to inquire, I was told this was due to weather, even though it was a perfectly sunny day. For the six months that we had the service, not even one month went by where we were serviced all four weeks that we were paying for each month. Every time I called, I was told I could not be refunded for missed appointments, and they would be added to the end of the year (mind you, the contract was through November already - who needs their lawn mowed in December?!) After six months of this terrible customer service I finally canceled and moved on to another company. If you do business with them, be aware that it is at your own risk.

He offered to come by my house later that week to discuss solutions and provide an estimate. When Tom and his partner, Taren visited, they spent a good amount of time discussing solutions with me. We collectively came up with an idea to use lumber that had been sitting on our property to build a wall. Tom and Taren had put more thought into the solution and called me later to suggest they build a fence with new, pressure-treated wood instead. Tom reasoned that it would last longer than the wood that had been sitting on our property for two years, and it would be significantly cheaper. I highly appreciated the foresight and honesty despite it being a cheaper option. We agreed to the plan and they built the fence Wednesday the next week. They even curved it to help with noise reduction and ensured it was level despite our uneven terrain! I am blown away by Tom and Taren's commitment to their craft and their clients. They fit us in quickly and did a wonderful job building us a beautiful fence! They even care about the small details of client interactions. For example, Tom sent photos and videos of my completed fence while I was at work, and he recommended his favorite wood stain brand to protect my fence from the elements and carpenter bees. Paul White Masonry Contractor, Inc. rebuilt my front porch and replaced my driveway and back patio…read more The porch foundation was not holding up the the old porch and because of this the was cracking and leaning in the wrong direction. This caused drainage issues. They removed the old porch, put in a new footing then replaced the porch. The new porch is now solid and looks wonderful. In addition, they removed the incorrectly sloped driveway and back patio and installed new. Mr White and his crew were great to work with and did a great job. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the project. I am very happy with quality of workmanship. If I need any masonry or concrete work done in the future Mr. White will be first person I will call.
