Had to go through Backyard Leisure to order a pump for our hot tub, and set up an install when the…read morepart came in. The tech who came out, Stone, was amazingly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to get our tub operational. When he discovered there was a small leak with the filter lid preventing circulation, he tried everything to make it work, but unfortunately couldn't. So, he offered to put in the order immediately and have the new part shipped to our house. He also gave me a workaround to keep the tub warm until we could complete the minor filter fix ourselves to avoid draining the hot tub again. As a first-time hot tub owner, I appreciated that he walked me through everything and tried his best to find a solution to our problem. Thank you, Stone!

Mike let the new liner sit so long the with not water in it, new liner developed at tear 36 inches long and he put a patch on it. He agreed to order a new liner and never did. STAY AWAY!!!
