Over a month they have called once to ask if they could tear it down to see what was going on, I gave them permission to do so, 2 weeks later they call ask the same thing and it was the same guy I already gave permission, and he didn't even remember talking to me, so that means to me they didn't touch it for 2 weeks! Now I have started checking every week can hardly ever get someone to answer, just rediciouls, as a customer I would never treat my customer the way they do, next time I will go somewhere else for sure Brian

Great experience…read more Last night was our first time in the Grand Theater. We saw Toto in concert. The theater is quite large. Seating is on 3 levels. We sat in section 102 on the floor, row J, seats 8 and 9. This was 10 rows from the stage at nearly center. Excellent location. If I were to come here again (likely), we'd likely opt for section 202. Straight back and up a bit. The seats look more comfortable than the floor seating was. The stage is quite wide. This allows a band to spread out on stage and have great sight lines. There were several tiny stationary video cameras about the stage plus 2 IMAG camera operators who were on the floor, looking ahead at the stage. There was a tall vertical LED screen outside of the stage on both left and right sides. A video director was keeping busy switching between the fixed and IMAG cameras onto this 2 vertical screens. The sound was great. Unsure if the PA belonged to the band or the venue. The overhead arrays were well positioned. There were several bars in the theater lobby as well as several restrooms. There were plenty of ushers to help you find your seats. Leaving the concert was quick. As we were on the floor, there was a wide exit behind us on both sides of the first upper section. All in all - we quite enjoyed the Grand Theater and are making plans to return.

The merch table was situated outside of the actual area where seating and the stage was. They are doing some construction, but it didn't bother the show. There were several ways to enter the line and security helped you go through quickly. This is an even center that is soon welcoming Christina Aguilera and Sting! Very surprising for an area way out there! It is also in the hotel and casino so loads of dining options and free fountain drinks and coffee in the actual casino.

We learned not to show up at check in time because the lines can get a little long. We would go during the week when we had that option because it's way less crowded. Once you get a Winstar card, they send you all kinds of deals to save money and to use for gambling. For some reason, my dad was the only one that would receive a postcard in the mail for a free gift, so we would always get in line and claim that! The crowd is a little bit older and in some ways I really enjoyed that. I love their slot machines and they do offer free soft drinks and coffee while you are gambling. You're not allowed to take drinks onto the casino floor so be sure to have some available in your room. One great benefit for older folks is that they have free wheelchairs available at most of the entrances. You just pick one up on your way in and can use it for your stay, then just leave it at the door when you leave. And if there aren't any available, the staff is usually very helpful in finding one for you. It's really nice not having to load up a wheelchair in a vehicle when you make a trip to Winstar. And if you prefer a scooter, there are several companies that will deliver it right to the hotel. We tried several of the restaurants in the casino and our favorite was the fish and chips. They have quite a variety of food places throughout the casino. They also have a large variety of slot machines, from the newest to the oldest. And their casino is huge and very nicely decorated, especially the newer parts. I'm looking forward to my next trip there!

After taking my 4 wheeler to Sherman Motor Sports and being told that NO longer work on my model I…read morewas told about Cone's. I drove straight there. I was greeted by Mike and was very impressed with his willingness to help me even thought my 4 wheeler was an odd brand. NOT once did he say anything negative about my 4 wheeler or that he COULD not get parts. With his willingness to help me was a surprise, when the other company had NO interest in helping me. I had been doing business with Sherman Motor for several years. Within a week Mike called with the good news that he was able to not only find the parts but did the repairs in a timely professional manner. I was very impressed with this company and from now on Mike Cone has my business!!! I also love the history of his company you should go there first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KB
