April 11, 2026 " ZZ TOP " LUCAS OIL LIVE at Winstar !! Awesome place to have a concert. The big screens, lights, sound affects, good seats, and the greatest (my opinion) Texas Band playing all their greatest hits. What more could a fan want. The place was packed but they were organized, staffed, and ready. All employees were friendly and helpful. Restrooms, walk ways, stairs were clean and safe. Parking garage was easy, free, and safe. ZZ TOP PUT ON A ROCK IN ROLL FABULOUS CONCERT WITH THEIR FLASHY CLOTHES, WILD GUITARS, AND A FEW DANCE MOVES. AWESOME SHOW

Fun weekend gambling here. I like the fact that they have so many machines to choose from. They have free drink stations, and complimentary drinks while you play. My husband got lucky and won a little bit of money. The only bad thing is that the smoke smell is so strong, that it irritates my allergies.

Stayed for a comedy show which makes the hotel get packed pretty quickly. t the check in desk it went normally but I tink they're used to people having been there numerous times because i didn't receive any guidance on how to find my room but once i asked i was given guidance, not the best direction though. The casino is very packed with slot machines as though they wanted to use every piece of real estate they had. I wish they had more craps tables but hey roulette did me well that day so probably for the best they didn't.

Winstar is a fun place to spend coins! It's clean and very well staffed. I love playing slot machines. They also have plenty of tables and restaurants throughout. Just ~2hrs from DFW or less!

Well it was a very fun experience however it was ridden with smoke even in non smoking areas and it made me get a upper respiratory virus

A massive casino on the border of Texas and Oklahoma! Took a road trip with my in laws. Hotel was fully booked so we didn't stay there but we visited for 2 days. It's a very unique "world concept" as it is the biggest casino in the U.S. each section of the casino is designed as a different country or state. There's an "Italy section", an "Asia" section with beautiful "diamond" like dragons hanging down in one of the many table gambling areas. They have so many restaurants from casual ambiance to high end experiences. We had a great time exploring and gambling briefly. We will definitely be returning to explore and experience more of the amenities like the pools, spa, gym etc! Highly, highly recommend if you're in the area. FYI there isn't much else to do in the vicinity but there's plenty to see and do inside the casino itself.

This review is on the WinStar Cascades pool experience. Cascades is the new pool at WinStar. Cascades has options for all budgets. There are options to reserve lounge chairs, daybeds, cabanas, and bungalow. Cascades has a family and adult only area. There are three large outdoor bars. Many food options. It's a great luxurious pool experience for an affordable price. I feel like I'm in Vegas at the pool. If you haven't been, you are missing out on an experience!

First time here and I can't wait to go back! What a wonderful time and such a MASSIVE destination. I wish I could've stayed another day as I barely only got to spend time in one of the countries. I met some friendly people, from all over, payouts weren't too shabby and I like that they had their own self serve beverage station. The restrooms were very clean but sad I didn't get to try any of the food. Next time, anyone want to plan a road trip?

If I were to rate the casino on my winnings, it would be low. Since I am not rating it on my winnings, our experience was great. We always stop at the front to sew if we have any perks or promotions. We found that we had 10.00 free play. The casino is always enjoyable for us with many machines and some of our favorite games like roulette and blackjack. We walked around and explored the casino, happy to find a lot of cool machines with sports themes and also found the sports bar which we didn't know was there. We will be back and really enjoyed our time.

I had a wonderful time at this location. It was a little bit of a drive, but the scenery was relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and set up nicely and oh my God the food was absolutely delicious. They have different restaurants located inside Of course, we ate in the buffet, where you have your choice of what you would like to eat. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Everything tasted amazing. I will definitely be back. This is a place. Where You can also relax, Jump in the pool, go to the spa or do a little shopping they're located on the premise if you like to spend money gambling, this is the place for you because it never closes this place could be a little get away for u

Always a nice experience visiting Winstar. I tried the bbq place this time, the spa, and new games. The spa could have been much better tho, so I'm not sure I'd go there again, it offered very little and was underwhelming for the price.

    RV Lot Highly Disappointed

WinStar World Casino and Resort Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - WinStar World Casino and Resort

    Do they allow babies?

    Yes in the resort

Do they have Sportsbook in this casino?

Really not sure about that. Are you referring to book on races ? I did see people sitting at counter not sure if they do offline betting

Are towels provided at the Terrace pool?

    Yes and they are free

    What time is check-in?

Before 4pm. Best to secure room anytime after 12pm. Sometimes rooms are ready then. Last time I had to wait until around 3pm. At 4pm they assume you aren't coming and might lose room.

Are they a dog friendly resort?

Didn't see any in hotel or the casino when we were there.

We're planning to go at the end of July and want to know if their Craps game is "live" or electronic? What are the table minimums?

I was there earlier this week and they had both. Live and electronic Craps. But I don't know the minimums.

Will they take a picture of my current ID or an expired ID my wallet was stolen?

You must have an state ID. It can not be a picture or on your phone. Wait until you get all your documents(ID) before you travel there.

Is hotel dog friendly? Can I stay with a small dog?

I think only service dogs are allowed.

    Is there room service?

Yes until 12a.m and "multiple" hotels

What are the games they spread in the poker room and limits?

Does anyone know if they have low limit like a 3-6 poker game? Or is it all NL?

    No 3-6 poker games

Are they still serving king crab legs in grand via buffet during friday & saturday nights?

It's now on Wednesday's and Thursday's. Last week was the first week they reintroduced it as a trial run.

Anyone have a comment on seeing a comedy show, sitting RA in VIP Platinum? Or a review of Seinfeld? Thank you!

I've only been to concerts at Winstar but they have been great and there really wasn't a bad seat in the house

Where can I learn to play the games before going?

Your best bet would be to go on youtube, and search for a certain slot you like to play, and watch slot videos of those slots. I can say to never max bet, but always pay the bet next to max or in the middle. I've seen more people (including myself)… Read more

What is there to do at winstar on a Tuesday besides gamble?

Hey you can get a room and sleep. Shop. sleep. Golf. Sleep. This ain't Vegas. There's not much

The coffee in the lobby tastes like an old ashtray, the staff are as friendly as they can be. The 3rd floor where we stayed was horrible and this is not an understatement. It was a smoking floor as that is all they had available. It smelled so stick of cigarettes that it instantly started to irritate my throat. We seen housekeeping staff member who was spraying deodorizer on the carpet as we were walking up the hallway I stopped her and asked her if she could come inside of our room and spray our room as well and she did. Fast forward to Sunday night we were due to leave the next morning and we were getting our items together and my husband seen a roach runoff the luggage under the sofa he pulled the sofa from the wall took a picture of the roach and then killed it after that happened I could not turn off the lights to the room cause I was scared if I turned out the lights maybe other roaches would come out so it made for a horrible last night and they need to do some extermination and some carpet cleaning, and some wall painting in that hotel. Do better ass we had three rooms as we came down as a family and was very disappointed.

Second, they also overcharged us about 50$ and will not refund it after many calls. Everyone who has spoken to us at the front desk or on the phone has been EXTREMELY rude! You would think that after 4 plus calls back and forth that we would be offered some compensation for THEIR mistake which is proven by bank statements. However, we have only been met with difficulty and disdain. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Also the ice machine was broken

I recently attended a Bryan Adams concert here, and the logistics were surprisingly easy to navigate. First of all, follow directions on Google Maps, and you are taken to the back side of the WinStar complex, and you avoid a lot of traffic. There is a parking garage which is adjacent to the event center which makes parking a breeze, and we avoided the rain. Parking was free. There is security to enter the venue, and you are only allowed a small "clutch" size bag. I had to return my purse to the car because although it wasn't very large, it was over the size limit. So be aware of that. Security went quickly and people were there to provide directions to your seat. We were in the upper section, but still our seats were good. The concert went off with only one small hitch (a short problem with the sound), and it was an enjoyable experience. Getting out of the venue, parking garage, and parking lot was simple. We faced no problems. We never even had to go through the casino area at all.

Lucas Oil Live. Tried to attend Los Tigre's Del Norte show…read moretonight. Getting there was easy. Parking right next to the venue. On my he outside, it looks great. Inside was nice as well. On the surface it seemed like we were in for a fun night. Problems started as soon as we walked in. First off, we were stopped by venue security before they even scanned our tickets because they had a problem with my wife's Fanny pack saying it was too large and we had to ask a different security guard to get permission for it. The bag is about 8" by 4" and clearly smaller than their sign for approved bags showed. Once deemed approved we went to scan our tickets and security was yelling at people telling them to hurry up. We went in about an hour before the show so they were maybe 4-6 other people going in at the same time. No crowd whatsoever. Fine. Go to the merch table and the ladies working there acted like they had no idea what they were doing. Took both of them to find the t shirt I wanted. There were 3 different designs. Finally we made our way to our seats through a sea of security guards and cops. I was literally worried about an ICE Raid since it was a Mexican band. After all that we got to our seats. Nice layout, looks like a great concert venue. All was good until the music started. Within 30 seconds of the band starting, I could tell there was an issue with the sound/mixing board. Everything was just off. Instruments all sounded out of sync and it never got better. Even the band was having a hard time. They are professionals and were trying to fight through it but they was all constantly messing with their in ear monitors and doing their best to provide a good show. I do not blame the band at all. They have been doing this for decades and I've seen them before recently and they were great. We made it almost an hour and had to leave because we just couldn't take it. I have been to hundreds of concerts over the years and this was the first time I have ever walked out of a show. Don't waste your money. If you want a good concert at a casino, go to Choctaw. That place is great and sound there is exceptional.
