I was first introduced to Jessi through a free community yoga night at the studio and was immediately impressed with her demeanor and style of instruction. I have also done a life coaching session with Jessi. Jessi has a very calm and nurturing style of yoga instruction. She guides students to stretch themselves , to 'find your edge' in the poses. She gives encouraging verbal and gentle physical guidance in correct form (for your body) in the poses. She reminds students to look/focus inside as they move through the class-- to see personal needs for growth and trust their inner guidance. She makes it clear students should move at their own pace, resting as needed, which is wonderful for me as a relative yoga newbie. Attending her classes leaves me peacefully revitalized and is among the highlights of my week. Her life coaching has a similarly gentle-yet-stretching feel to it. There she helped me focus in on what positive things I am seeking in my life and what I may be doing to block my success in those areas. Her personable, down-to-earth demeanor and fun nature made meeting with her a real joy. To sum up, Jessi is a delightful yoga instructor who has helped me find more fully my personal peace through yoga practice. She is an insightful, reflective life coach who aided me in more honestly seeking the good things I want in my life. I recommend her to anyone seeking a mindful, grounded, inner-self connecting yoga experience or a positive, self-guided, honest life coaching experience.

She has a very relaxing touch and when I need something specific worked on she makes sure to work it out. She always makes sure I'm comfortable checking in with the amount of pressure, etc. She has a passion for what she does so she's very knowledgable. I also attended her Yoga/Life Coaching Retreat at Palomar Mountain. For being her first retreat, I was really impressed with how organized she was and how smoothly everything went. She prepared all fresh organic vegan meals and there was plenty of food for everyone. We had three awesome yoga sessions each day. I love her style of yoga too. She is a natural teacher. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and with a smile. Lily remembered me from previous sessions years prior. She gave me a tour of the space, and told me about some upcoming things happening in the same building I may be interested in. Upon entering the therapy room, everything was welcoming and comfortable. Lily had snacks and drinks if I was interested, and we sat down to chat and find out what my body needed to feel better. After some conversation, we had it figured out and it was time for the massage. When Lily returned to the room, everything was set for relaxing. There was great, relaxing music playing in the background, and the room was dark and the table comfortable. I schedule a 90 minute massage, and Lily takes time before starting to make sure she is ready to help you feel better. That is not taken out of your 90 minutes, so don't worry if she is asking questions before she starts. Lily is great at knowing what is needed to relax your muscles and help you relax in general. She will keep in communication to make sure the pressure isn't too much, or too little. After 90 minutes, you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated without question. Lily's pricing is excellent and worth every penny. She obviously cares about helping everybody feel better and leave with a relaxed body and mind.

Let me just say...... That was the best 30 minutes massage I have ever had!! My muscles & back were so tight. She was able to really get into working out all the knots. I didn't know this and only brought $85 with me. $70 for the massage, and $15 for the tip. However, my masseuse was disgruntled and kept telling me "$20! $20!"when I handed her the $15.
