I was experiencing atrial fibrillation after a serious asthma attack and harsh coughing session. I had to re-initiate coverage by Oregon Health Plan. That accomplished I called the Oregon Disintegrated Health message line. No one was available to take my call, but I was offered the opportunity to send a text message. That text message was returned with one saying I would have to pay cash for any appointment made. Not, "here is your appointment" get in and let's get this taken care of. Instead I called my cardiologist. They got me in within an hour. Did an EKG, confirmed Atrial Fibrillation. Ordered meds, sent me home to begin recovering from days of exhaustion and medical peril. I go on Medicare in March. I doubt I will stick with Oregon Disintegrated Health. Nice folks? Sure. 3-4 month wait times for initial consult? Not realistic. I'm getting back to health because I was resourceful. Integrated Health? Not my experience. read more

I really like my care team, but this place is HORRIBLE about communication. I have been trying to get information from my doctor about a medication for a week now. The online portal only allows messages to the office staff - not even the nurse's line or anything. And phone calls and messages are not returned. I would not be surprised if my doctor never even saw any messages. This is an ongoing problem. read more

I have to start with the fact that I used to work for various clinics, hospitals, and ambulance services: receptionist, double insurance biller, collection, and was responsible for insurance coding for Medicare and Medicaid, as well as Champus and other private insurance. I sat in on the introduction to HIPAA before it was a law and helped with the wording in Ohio. I was shocked when I received their new patient paperwork (after requesting twice that it be sent rather than done online in their portal), and I reviewed their legal demands. Firstly, they expect a patient to sign a legal affidavit holding them "hold harmless" for any HIPAA breaches. They require credit card information should anything not be covered by pre-approved insurance and are not responsible for re-billing insurances should the claim fail. They do not take cash/checks and will expect you to pay in full at the time of your visit. There is something wrong here. For one, if the client is DSNP (medicare/medicaid), asking for upfront money is illegal under CMS laws and could be considered "double dipping."(getting patients to pay bills prior to service, then billing the insurance for care anyway). Secondarily, patients should be allowed sufficient time to go over any legal contract with any company, and hopefully they could review this with a billing office or an attorney since they are signing agreements that are considered financially binding. When is it now a matter of fact that patients need to sign harmless paperwork as a course of action for medical care? I doubt that any patient could or would agree to sign a legal document prior to being seen by an office, without any guarantee that the office could even help them prior to a "meet and greet."? They cannot ascertain if they can even work with your condition prior to an entrance interview, as they do not vet their clients when scheduling a first appointment. I shudder to think of someone signing this level of patient responsibility when they are not given more than 10 minutes to go over this contract they make you sign, and furthermore, if the patient does not have current technology (computer, cell phone, etc) their paperless system is out of reach for this clientele. It's a very adversary relationship they are assigning here to patients. After reading several reviews I am glad I chose to walk away, but wanted others to know that their requirements (for using portals, legal signatures, and prepayments) are not typical for the medical industry. read more

This was one of the best doctors office experiences I've ever had! Everyone was so kind and they covered all bases I didn't even know needed to be covered! I felt very heard and was taken seriously. They were very supportive and wanting to help me. They went above and beyond in making sure I was getting the right care. Doctor Paxton and RN Taylor were awesome, they had smiles and were willing to make any accommodations I needed. Even the phlebotomist was spectacular, I didn't feel any pokes and she got it on the first try. It was a bonus that everyone there was a woman. Awesome place! read more

Can never get seen by a doctor. They don't follow up on anything. If they do anything or say they will its all false promises. Their new clinic is awful and making someone go into a room to sit on a computer to get diagnosed is bull. Nobody in this town wants to do their job. They just collect a check. The only reason I am even giving Oregon Integrated Health one star, is because I have to in order to post this review. Actually, I would give five stars for ONE good doctor I had there. However, she quit after a few months...as do all of the good doctors who are actually knowledgeable, because they discover that the place is severely messed-up. I was a patient there for many years. The only reason I stuck with them is because they were close to where I lived, and because I don't have any serious health issues. If I HAD had serious health issues, OIH is the LAST place I would want to go to for medical help!! They never answer the phone, they make you wait MONTHS and MONTHS for an appointment, and most of the employees seem to be inept and unconcerned about ANYTHING. I had an appointment with their chiropractor once, and he was "scary" in that he pushed my legs over my head to see how much mobility I had, even though I'd explained that I'd had a hip replacement and that he needed to be careful with that leg. He acted as if he hadn't heard me, and continued to bend my leg around. The wrong movement with a hip replacement could have caused my leg to pop out of the hip joint!! Then he attempted to do "an adjustment" on me. When he pressed on my back it felt like I was being stabbed inside my shoulder! I finally had to almost YELL out "STOP". It was a seriously creepy experience. Trying to get refills of my meds was also a chore. The pharmacy would contact them and they would ignore the requests. I would have to call and tell OIH to PLEASE respond to the pharmacy. Just ridiculous. I could go on and on but I think I've painted a clear enough picture that HOPEFULLY, you will skip this place and find a clinic that has some "class". This place sure doesn't!! read more

I had been with OIH for a little over a year and had a naturopath as my primary. Dr. Jameson always treated me with respect and tried her best to help me with whatever i needed. However, there is no MD or DO on staff, so i don't know how they can say they're integrated. The reason i switched primaries is because this office has no infrastructure. Nothing works. They don't return calls, they make you repeat your needs over and over and over because they're a "call center" and even though they're supposed to log in every conversation so that the next person who answers the phone will be up to speed, well, this is just not the reality The staff is either too cognitively preoccupied, or just lazy, i don't know, but it makes for a very frustrating experience constantly. Their lack of communication skills is overwhelming. Their portal doesn't work and when i brought that up to them, they told me i had to call the portal people and complain. Test results can't be printed from the portal, nor can they mail them to you, either email, or snail mail unless your doctor says its ok. So the portal only works for messages. I've been asked several times to "just swing by". I've told them several times i don't live in eugene, so "swinging by" isn't an option. Yet, i had to do so to get copies of my results more than once. Referrals are a nightmare. After having 3 separate medical facilities tell me that they haven't received any referrals from OIH, well, you can only blame others for your mistakes until you can't anymore. Again, Dr. Jameson had to take the reins one time and spent 5 hours learning how the referral technology works. I'm serious. But, even after all that, they're still not working. What's worse is that they put me in the middle of it. They say "We sent it". I call the referred to clinic, they say "We didn't get it". Instead of providers calling providers to straighten the problem out, they call you and expect you to do the work and keep calling both of them until something happens to correct the problem. The lack of professionalism among staff is stunning. They're loathe to answer questions, they take everything personally, they get upset as easy as toddlers. Medical care is a minefield. Called to set up a new patient appt the first week of January. Told they could do a video triage appointment 2/21 and dr appt 4/4. I am type 1 diabetic and need meds to live. Have called several times a week since setting the appts to get in earlier or to get my meds set up. Did not receive the login info for the triage appt because the person that took my info put in the wrong number. Never received a return call from anyone and no email either. After not being able to do the intake, called and was able to get the number in the system corrected and rescheduled the triage. Told them a prior auth was needed for the meds and they said they would do that. Tried to get meds at pharmacy and told the insurance was denying because there was no PA. Called that night and left message that this was needing resolution immediately, no call. Next day left another message. Monday called and told I needed to talk to supervisor who was at lunch, no call back. Call back 3 hours later and told supervisor is at lunch. I have NO insulin and have not been able to eat for 3 days because of it. Called back and told that PA was denied and I need to speak to supervisor and they will give them a message so they can call me back. At this point, I have lost 10 lbs in the last month and am getting very sick. I have no insulin and will be in the ER in the next 24 hours if these people cannot start doing patient care. read more

This is a ghetto clinic, plain and simple. No one is remotely professional or friendly. It is dirty and shabby. You'll be seeing a second or third tier "medical professional", likely third. They will make you feel like you are questionable. I have witnessed brawls at the front desk between patients and staff. I have sat in an exam room the size of my closet for over half an hour waiting to see someone. Don't let the "integrated" part fool you. You'll think you can see alternative providers as well as traditional providers, not really the case. If you want to see a mental health professional, you can look forward to a "telephone appointment" with a woman from Portland, thats some serious and tender care! There is a revolving door for all who work here. There is no consistency. This is a Portland organization and they should not be operating a Eugene Branch if they can't do better than this. Making an appointment is difficult. They prompt you to use the online scheduler and then EVERY time, deny your appointment. Bottom line, they DO NOT have it together in any way shape or form. A medical office shouldn't be dirty and gross, nor should it be sandwiched between a nail salon and a tattoo shop in a sketchy area. GHETTO. You can do better, find a different clinic! read more

First of all, Sarah Keating is one of the most fundamentally decent human beings I've ever encountered... which says even more when you consider how few genuinely caring individuals seem to have made their way into the medical profession. And she's the *only* reason this place got a second star. - My initial visit: I show up to find that they lost my appointment altogether. Combine this with the sullen attitude I was getting from two of the three teeny-boppers "working" there, and it didn't bode well for my next (actual) visit. - Next time around, I'm in a room going over issues with Keating, while hearing uproarious laughter & music coming through the door. It was so bad that Keating herself was commenting on it... it turned out that the "professional" staffers (the aforementioned teeny-boppers) were *loudly* watching cat videos just feet away. Not exactly the time or place, but whatever, right? - Later on down the road I got into an argument first with some condescending douchebag in Portland (because, last I knew, you actually had to call up there just to get the office down here), and then with one of these desk children in Eugene. I was attempting to speak directly to Keating, but that got stopped cold & repeatedly. - Get a load of what happened next: they actually scheduled me office visits without my knowledge or permission, so that they could send me a letter saying that I was a "no show" at their clinic, thus barring me from ever coming back. Isn't that cute? Not that it made much difference, as there was no way in hell I was coming back by then anyway. Sound good to you? read more

Really unprofessional office. I am suffering from severe anxiety and have been waiting 3 weeks for my follow up tele-health appointment. Just got a call saying the doctor cancelled due to being out of the office. When speaking with the doctor she didn't seem to be listening to intently and felt as though I was not heard. I'm upset I wasted an entire month waiting around for these people to help me. Front desk was unprofessional and rude, also extremely dirty and shabby, did not feel safe in there. Was told bc they did not have my medicare info, they cxd the appt do not have medicare. Have insurance thru my employer. Very strange If you can figure out how to even begin care and get started is a big step. It is impossible to speak to anyone and no local number., which is problematic. Once you get all the paperwork filled out and connect with a doc be ready to repeat everything as I had to while the doc pecked out each key slowly on computer admonishing me for talking. Barely looked at me and only interested in seeking past diagnosis rather than interacting with me or connecting. Why she did not look at the info I spent time filling out is odd. This is not right.! And then going to the odd clinic , having everyone in reception hearing personal things. Please set up some privacy and greet people . Look up from your computers please,, know that interaction matters!!!. The med aide taking vitals barely spoke, or answered queries. She handed me the poop smear test without any explanation, fortunately I was familiar. Maybe she's new ?? No greeting, no interest, very unsettling , even unhealthy and definitely unwelcoming. I asked if she was in a hurry. It will not take time to greet someone. Who are these people that they have so little regard or social finesse. Has medical care become so cold and will they care during an emergency. Who do you call ??? The only person I've spoken with on tele , at last , was in Texas and setting appts, weeks after i left a message. I know things have morphed but...., Is the staff trained to avoid interacting??? This mostly pertains to the Eugene office but also the policies companywide. I was dropped with no notice after I missed two appointments. When I missed the first appointment I asked the receptionist if I could reschedule and was asked to wait until they finished checking out a different patient. While I was waiting for her to invite me back, another patient came in the door and began talking at length with the receptionist about piercings and tattoos while the receptionist continued to ignore me. Finally I left because it was clear the receptionist had no desire to help me. read more

36 minutes ago Do not go here!! First off I already get email and text reminders from them so I told them I didn't need phone call reminders as well. In addition phone calls give me anxiety. well they keep getting disregarding my wishes I've asked them like 10 times not to give me phone call reminders and they keep turning the option back on for some reason. Today was the last straw. Apparently after my insurance switching over I'm now required to confirm appointments. I had no idea and my acupuncture appointment was canceled via text today. So after I got the text I called them and they said that it wasn't canceled and I still had it. So I went over there for my appointment and they said that I didn't have one. But made me very angry because someone lied to me. I told them they owed me an appointment today for lying to me. they said they didn't owe me an appointment I kept insisting they did but they said they didn't and if I wanted one I have to pay out-of-pocket for 1. They should have given me an appointment because it was their fault that I thought I was still booked and I would have stuck with them but I am so done with them after that that was the last straw. That's the worst service I've ever gotten from a doctor's office. If you want to be respected as a client and do not go there just don't. They should have made up for their mistake but they didn't. When I called on 11/20/19 to schedule an appointment, I was told that OIH accepts Medicare. I gave the agent my Medicare number and my supplemental insurance numbers, and then waited on hold for about 10 minutes while the agent verified my coverage. The agent then came back and scheduled me for a primary care appointment. On 11/25/19 I received an email confirming my appointment, and again on 11/30/19. On 12/1/19 I received a text confirming my appointment. When I went to my appointment on 12/2/19 I was told that my appointment has been cancelled because OIH does not accept Medicare. OIH is not only completely incompetent, but has displayed a lack of ethical values by refusing to accept Medicare. It is unethical to value money over providing care for all of the members of your community. Medicare is not optional; everybody has it when they turn 65, regardless of assets or income. People who have Medicare should not be treated like beggars. All doctors are wealthy people who have an obligation to give back to their community by accepting Medicare. read more

The receptionest named Tiffany was shockingly rude beyond anything I've ever experienced. I was stunned. When I walked in there was heavy metal music blasting in the reception room. I reported the unprofessional behavior to the manager who doesn't even work there (works out of a Portland office) he and the receptionest turned the tables on me and said that it was me that was rude to her?!! Unbelievable. I wonder what their relationship is. All around bad impression of this chiropractic office in this shabby little block of businesses between a Tatoo Parlor and a Nail Salon. Poor atmosphere for a supposed place of healing. Seniors beware. read more

I was enrolled via my Insurance and went for a first time visit a few months ago. The place was full of people and the service was horrid. The place gives off the vibe of a poor tattoo shop mixed with a homeless shelter. Despite having appointments, we waited close to an hour. The female doctor there was very rude after asking for a prescription strength antihistamine for allergies. She said there was no such thing and acted like I was trying to get some sort of controlled substance. 15 mins into the appointment I decided to just leave. Our doctor had very little knowledge about anything. As a graduate student working in the field, I could not believe the treatment I was given. After changing doctors I received my prescription strength antihistamine without a problem. And yes, there are many forms of it available. I would not recommend putting you or your families medical needs in the hands of this clinic. My personal experience was awful. And it is shocking they have doctors that don't understand a thing about medicine. I mean they tried to tell me with (a M.S in Pharmaceutical Sciences) that certain medications don't exist. My next doctor was horrified when I told him my experience here. They treat people awfully rude the minute you don't want to play their holistic, nonsensical games. Im pretty sure because of the high amount of Junkies in the waiting room; that they treat everyone like a drugged out homeless person. The doctor recommend that I use lemon juice for my acid reflux; unaware that I have had multiple reoccurring ulcers. And that I was normally given antibiotics and PPI's. I even tried to explain and the doctor talked over me and said antibiotics would soon cause a super bug. Im sorry but I was in need of those antibiotics. Two weeks later I had an ulcer flare up that resulted in multiple hospital fees. Good luck, if you are actually in need of real medications. read more
