I called Steve at FLCS and he stopped by the same day to walk the property and hear the requirements from the HOA. Steve came up with a thorough proposal that included reusing many bushes, trees, and a cement block retaining wall to keep costs down. Part way through the project it was clear the sprinkler system would have to be replaced. FLCS handled the required county utility check and added the sprinkler system work at a fair price. My sister and I had a few requests near the end of the project and Steve and his crew did everything without any questions. I would highly recommend FLCS to anyone who needs landscaping work and/or a sprinkler system.

The music is fun as well, and the owner comes out with festive peppermint candy for all who watch the Xmas lights show. The house across the street is nice, and when you enter you will also see two houses next door from each other that are decked out pretty well. (11024 Streamside) This one is definitely the best one. He said its 55,000 lights and he starts about 1.5 months ahead of time. He really loves what he does and capturing people happy to see his Xmas display.

I also obtained quotes from two other well rated local companies. Brilliant Nights was in the middle of the pack price-wise. Rick and I took in-depth 'tour' to overview my landscaping as well as my home's unique architecture. He the personally drew up the most detailed plan of the three contenders. We then re-walked the property to discuss each element that was being illuminated and to be sure it was everything I wanted. Rick convinced me to let his crew put down lights in my Live Oak tree to light up my winding sidewalk.
