Walking into this florist shop I was impressed by the flowers, gifts, and other merchandise sold here. Although the store was full of decorations and gifts, they are tastefully and beautifully presented. There were everything from candles and wine accessories, to potted orchids and flower arrangements. Situated in a corner of a shopping "strip-mall" type plaza, one might not even know it exits (I didn't) but it's definitely not something to miss out on if you're looking for high quality floral merchandise and professional and helpful service. I was impressed by the interior of this store and the high quality gifts and flowers they offer. I will not hesitate to use Buds, Blooms, and Beyond when an occasion necessitates it. read more

When looking for the perfect florist to make an arrangement that is just right, it can be quite a difficult task. I called Buds, Blooms & Beyond and spoke with Mary, and by the time our call had ended, I knew I was in good hands. Mary took the time to understand the event where the flowers were to be delivered, the occasion in which we were celebrating and most importantly the woman' who would be receiving them. We recently relocated to the Tampa area, and have received lots of coupons and 'welcome' brochures from stores, restaurants, etc. We recieved a free gift coupon from here, and stopped by yesterday. What a beautiful place and staff! This is much more than the standard florist shop, and is filled with so many gift items for all occasions, all well-done and classy. The two folks that waited on my wife were very warm and genuine without a hint of a sales push. They answered whatever questions were asked about their services (floral arrangements, gifts, weddings, sympathy, parties, etc.), provided website information and gave us a beautiful ceramic vase with a large, healthy live bamboo plant. Not the typical giveaways found at discount outlets, this is a gift to prominently display in our home, and one to be purchased as gifts for our friends. I have being using Buds Blooms & Beyond for many years. In fact, I do not trust anyone else when it comes to the florist service. However, I learned a big lesson and I'm also very disappointed about the latest experience and customer service. I recently order flowers for my wife and for the first time I made the flowers to be delivered to our home. However, BBB has a limited service areas and it branches out the service to third party florists. Nothing wrong with that, it should be a seamless experience for the customers. Well, the arrangement and the quality of the flowers themselves were not the same as usual. I called to make sure they are aware of how clients are experiencing the difference. Just "a big silence in return with a sorry to hear that, we will take note" Well, from now on, I will have to make sure that flowers are always delivered to my wife's workplace instead of home. Sad that I need to adapt and avoid deliveries to my house in the future. Perhaps, one day BBB will adopt serious changes to the third party quality controls or expand the area of delivery. I'm still 25 miles away from their address and within the Tampa Bay Area. When buying flowers I expect the same standards in quality no matter what the internal process is. read more

Very disappointed with the amount of fruit that was put in the basket . I have bought fruit baskets before and feel like the basket from Buds Booms & Beyond was over priced. We were pleasantly surprised to see the arrangement come to life as we walked into the funeral home. I ordered an arrangement that was selected online which included yellow roses in the online photo; a favorite flower of the recipient of the ordered arrangement. The recipient loved what was delivered and sent me a text photo of the arrangement. Unfortunately, the delivered arrangement, although very nice and beautiful, did not contain the desired flower. I emailed the owner and shared that I was a little disappointed in what was delivered and the importance of the original flower, yellow roses, The next day, I received a phone call from the owner apologizing and explaining why no roses were included in the original delivery (they didn't have any in stock--a valid reason), but that they had received some today and that another arrangement which included yellow roses would be delivered to my friend at no additional cost. I phoned and thanked them for doing this and contacting me with an explanation. I highly recommend this florist to anyone in the Tampa, FL area. read more
