This is definitely a regular Xmas light display I love in Tampa. It's close to Westshore and my fave Trader Joe's, and they put it on at Xmas and Halloween. They raise money for a good cause and it's enjoyable and fun, and if you are lucky, you can even remain in your car to watch it. You can get out and stand in front of the house too.
