MY NEW FAVORITE DENTIST!!!…read more I have now been going to Dr. Mowlajko for a year and I am very pleased with my experience there. I have had 3 checkups/cleanings and 2 procedures and each time I go the staff and Dr. M. treat me like family, making sure I am comfortable every step of the way. Fillings and extractions can be a source of stress for a lot of people, but I have had both and Dr. M. has a gentle touch and he checks on you every few seconds to make sure you are okay. He makes sure you are comfortable and that you don't feel a thing, unlike many dentists who are less personal and less gentle. After one procedure, he even called me the next day to see how I was doing. The office has a warm, homey feel to it and the staff is friendly and helpful. They understand that some people are anxious about being in a dentist's office and they are great about putting you at ease. This is a second generation dental practice, so it has been around a long time and is a well-respected part of the community. I believe they are taking new patients, so if you want a first class dental experience in a place where you are not just treated but are truly cared for, give them a call.

I demanded to speak with Dr Cox several times before and after he moved to new location. I was told he could not do anything about it. A dentist who has no control of his staff or financial issues within his practice is a dentist I will stay far away from and suggest others do also. Now this practice is continuing to harass me about the charge related to Dr Cox. The amount in question is just a little over $100. I guess they expect me to pay it to get them off my back. That will not happen.

But, the new Dentist that took over, Doctor Horn, is also exceptional! I am waiting while they are currently preparing the crown. But my root canal and filling are finished! Tia has taken good care of me for years... and now assists Dr. Horn in my care. During the root canal, I never felt a pinch of pain! I'm so impressed. Dr. Horn has won me over.

Beware of office policies! We have always supported this office. We overlooked others who…read morecomplained about rude office staff, and continued to recommend Dr.C.Horton. However, we recently had to cancel 2 consecutive appointments, due to illness and were abruptly told to find another dentist! Apparently, all patients are made aware of an office policy, and can be dropped after 2 rescheduled appointments- they count them as "no-shows" even if you call to reschedule. Don't be mistaken- this is not an office that prioritizes families. They do not make considerations if your child is sick. If there are 2 appointment cancellations, you will be dropped. You would imagine Dr.Horton and her staff would understand, as they have children of their own. Very disappointing.
