Honestly ....if I could give ZERO stars. I would! I am young but I am not stupid. I have great credit and experience with buy cars. went to this junk yard of a place to grab another truck. Talked to someone there before hand thinking things would be smooth... NOPE. Not at all. They had me sitting outside for HOURS. Just to tell me they would just have to give me a call back the next day. As the next day came I hadnt received any calls, so I decided to call myself... all I can say is... the problems were not resolved. So I found an ad on FB regarding this $100 down payment on a low mileage used vehicle. I spoke with a guy named Nick via FB on Saturday and he said he had a few clients but would send the application before they closed. Never received it so I messaged him again on Monday. He sent me a picture of the application and hesitantly I filled it out I followed up with him and to this day have NEVER heard one word back from the guy. I called dealership and they don't even answer the phone by the name of the company just HELLO. Typical dealership where they start out saying one thing and try and talk you into something else. We started out talking to the "nice guy", Adam, and they moved my friend on to 1 or 2 hustlers. I drove my friend there just to find a car. First they asked for my personal info only as a "reference" but when they found out I had a credit score over 800 they decided I'd be a co-owner without telling me. Co-owner means the same as co-signing, but "only" for 12 months (unless the person you co-own the vehicle with can't bring their credit score above 600 in 12 months and you're stuck on the loan!). I was NOT buying the car, my friend was. Co-owners should only be: spouses, relatives, roommates, significant others...NOT friends who live 40 miles away, but they try to smooth over the deal and say it's not an issue, the car driver can refinance in 12 months and take your name off the loan. While I was there someone was returning a car because they had talked to buyer into getting the grandmother to co-sign without the grandmother's knowledge or consent. When they found out my credit score was high, they switched from a Nissan Rogue (they lied, said it sold over the weekend) up to a 2015 Camry so they could make more money off the deal! Nick was the hustler, I didn't feel right about co-owning a car with a friend who lives 40 miles away from me, so I called him on the phone 2 days later telling him I wasn't signing papers. He YELLED at me over the phone: "You should have told me that on Monday!" Seriously? They took so long (3 hrs) making deals with my friend that my blood sugar bottomed out, they had no snack machine in the office, Adam asked one of the mechanics to get me some fruit from Kroger next door, 15 minutes later he hadn't gone, so I walked over there myself. I almost fainted on the way back! I was COLD, CONFUSED and COULD NOT talk, but Nick didn't care about that, he was only interested in his commission! I call that EXPLOITATION OF AN ELDERLY AND DISABLED PERSON! The lot owner, Nader, was there also I heard him asking the office worker to go to all these dealerships to pick up vehicles they were buying; I also I heard him talking rudely to one of the customers when I was in the front office. I was sitting in the front office because they took so long talking my friend into a more expensive vehicle that I was feeling faint. they only get 1 star because i cannot give them zero. i saw a car online - i explained my credit situation and the salesman still assured me he could get me approved w/a low down payment regardless. he tells me there are two approvals, but i have to come in and the finance manager will go over it with me. i go - the finance manager appears to be high (or is just fairly goofy looking and acting by nature) and is extremely unprofessional... he tells me my two options : a car under 11k with a high interest rate (but, they have nothing like that on the lot and will have to go to auction and find something for me .. but he assures me 100 times it will be crap and i'll hate it) or a loan up to 45k if i have a cosigner. i tell him i explained before i came i have no consigner and do not waste my time or an expensive uber ride to and from their location if they cannot approve me on my own credit and income. he then tries to pressure me to find someone or pay someone to consign. i tell him several times no and inquire about the car i could get approved for on my own. he starts talking about the cosigner again because i could get something much better ... i tell him no and he says "ok so that's it?" and takes all his stuff and walks out of hr office. no sorry .. no ok do you want us to call you about what we find at auction within your 11k approval amount. .. no goodbye. nothing. NOT ONLY DO THEY LIE TO GET YOU THERE BUT HOW RUDELY I WAS TREATED IS SO UNACCEPTABLE. stay far from this place. read more
