The first day they came out, they didn't do my yard, contacted the company office and they turned around after just making it back to the office. That wasn't even the sad part. I was washing my car and they saw me doing so, not sure if they were upset or something, but they cut the grass and the clippings got all over my freshly washed vehicle. And every time since then they have cut the grass to where it leaves clippings everywhere. In my experience it seems like the blades on the mower is either dull or has the wrong blade on it. There is a dual blade that mulches and cuts and it doesn't leave clumps of cut grass everywhere you look. This company does. The landscapers before didn't have this issue. I think this is enough. Hope the HQ office does something about it. Today they looked at the yard and I'm sure he was thinking; oh that yard doesn't need tending to. And put the mower on their trailer and left. Not a good look.

The Motivated Movers team moved us yesterday from our Ooltewah location to Cleveland, TN. Both…read moreresidents were just under 3,000 square ft. We also had a steep driveway for our move out. Our 3 man crew showed up on time as scheduled. The were very professional, and experienced. Knew what they were doing and carefully wrapped our stuff well to protect it . We had 6 rooms and a garage with plenty of stuff. They worked hard and fast. It's worth noting that they had to carry all our furniture and boxes down the driveway to get it in the truck. The rate for the 3man team was $165/hr plus $165 travel fee for the 30 minute trip from Ooltewah to Cleveland. Everything went great and it took 4 1/2 hrs all in. I would recommend this company!
