Nails were put on the top metal humps, which voids the manufacturers warranty. The nails should have been alongside the humps. Had to be repaired by another roofing company. Cost for repairs was close to $2,000. for metal roof finishing pieces, new nails and labor. Sadly we are stuck with the rotten wood because it is under the new roof now.

Almost four years ago I chose some hands scraped man-made flooring to go into my new home. About 3…read moreyears ago I noticed there was some pitting coming into the middle of the planks, they had been filled in with putty. you might say they used defective wood in my home, and putted it and use magic markers on the floor to hide other imperfections. Then I begin to notice raw edges where the planks are supposed to butt up against each other. they are beginning to splinter. My house was like $200,000 brand new. One day recently, I reached down to pick something up out of the floor. And I stuck this long splinter into the end of my finger. This is In many many different places. I called Kimberly flooring almost two and a half months ago, she sent her husband over to take a look. He was supposed to send some district manager by to inspect my floor which never happened. I live alone, have no dogs. I do have a cat declawed, it's a Bengal cat. I have a dehumidifier so it's not like the floor has too much humidity or not enough. I'm a very immaculate person, almost to the point of being obsessive about everything looking very clean. I gave them plenty of time to get back with me. I began calling them two weeks ago, have yet to speak to Kimberly or her husband. I did speak with a receptionist about 10 days ago she informed me they were going to come over and putty my floor. I told her the floor had been putted when they installed it. That's like putting a Band-Aid on it it's going to come out again when I clean it. The putty had came out, as I cleaned it at least once a week. I have called and called yet to hear from them. I have stuck a splinter in the end of my toe in the last 6 months, and one in the end of my finger. I have just contacted the builder today to try to get in touch with them for me. I have checked, this material has a great warranty as I was told it did when I picked it out, but a warranty is just as good as the people who put it down and who you buy it from. A very dissatisfied customer.

Meet new hotness roof! Boom! It looks great! Ryan and his team were always professional, polite, courteous (he even insisted on calling me "ma'am" even though we're about the same age which was adorable), and always punctual and on time. He never talked down to me or "mansplained" anything. He was nice to my dog. And they were fast and efficient! On roofing day, they showed up early and had three layers of old shingles removed, the decking completely replaced, a new roof installed and gutters reinstalled on a 1700 sq. ft. house and had cleaned up after themselves all by mid-afternoon, and the dumpster was gone the next day. He even showed up the next day to double check his men's work. I've never made a homeowners insurance claim before so I was nervous about filing a claim for storm damage on our roof, but I shouldn't have been, because Ryan took care of literally everything. He came over for a free inspection and helped me a file a claim with my insurance company over speakerphone while standing with me in my driveway. He briefed me on what to expect from an insurance inspection, and met the insurance inspector at our house. He spent extra time on the phone with me one night after supper going over the insurance's first estimate they sent making sure I understood everything. When our insurance company tried to rip us off, he metaphorically Spartan-kicked them into the Pit of Compliance and eventually got us almost FOUR TIMES the amount of money for our roof repair than originally we were offered. We ended up not paying a dime out of pocket except our deductible. Our roof looks so great our house looks like an entirely new house, and it's held up without a hint of a leak during all these spring storms. TL;DR: Can't recommend them enough. 10/10 stars, if Yelp went that high. Teamwork makes the dream work.
