A friend's son runs a computer and cell phone service in Glasgow. I knew Sean would not refer me to someone who didn't trust and both times I've been in there. They have been courteous, efficient, and helpful. The first time, I was looking at almost $100 for a new cell phone battery, but they cleaned the port and worked on the phone a little to try and carry me over since I wasn't able to afford that at that time. Fast forward six weeks and I was still limping along with the phone although it did need the battery. I took it in today and they replaced it while I waited. I noticed they had a very steady stream of customers in and out. Jose waited on me the first time and Nino waited on me this time. Both of them are knowledgeable, friendly, and have very good interpersonal skills, I especially noticed today that Nino was dealing with a challenging customer who had limited English, and although I didn't know the entire story, he was firm but very polite with the gentleman the entire time. They also cleaned my phone up and made sure it was shiny and the port was clean when I got it back.

I always chat and have small talk and laughs with a couple of the workers. Today I overheard the lady running the cash register telling another customer "Oh we give these to our loyal customers to save money" and proceeds to hand her a card. My only question is what qualifies you as a "loyal customer" these days? I love to support a local business and do so on the daily but to hear this was so distasteful. Won't catch me there again.

Just your average country laundromat. Older machines, half of which are broken (but it says "out of…read moreorder" so you won't waste your money). Seems like a clean establishment though. There is a place to make change if you didn't bring quarters. It's open during convenient hours every day all week. I went on a Sunday mid-morning and was the only person there. Thus, plenty of machines. Also, there are vending machines if you get hungry! Also, there's a clean restroom. Visit!
